History

Established in 2011.

While I didn’t start selling real estate in Whatcom and Skagit Counties until 2011, I’ve been a real estate broker since 1990. I’ve represented buyers and sellers in numerous transactions over the years, from residential and commercial sales to retail /​office leasing and land sales.

My philosophy in business is simple — exceed expectations. Whether my clients have been buyers or sellers, individuals or companies, each has benefited from my knowledge, my experience and sheer tenacity to get the job done.

I started my real estate career in 1990 in California, and have been a REALTOR ever since. I’ve been blessed to have experienced many different roles in the real estate industry — agent, broker, manager, owner, franchise executive, speaker and consultant — relying on those experiences to bring a different perspective to my business.

I’ve seen up markets, down markets and everything in between, and I know how to adapt to each to benefit my clients. There isn’t a market or transaction that can’t prove to be a win-​win for everyone.

In my 22+ years in the business, I’ve also had the opportunity to give back to my communities and the industry. I’ve served as national president of one of the largest affiliates of the National Association of REALTORS, The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), and have been instructing professional real estate classes and seminars for over 18 years. I’m proud to have trained thousands of REALTORS on improving their service to their clients.
