Off exit 255 on the I-​5, this station is on the north side. Across from the Sunset stripmall.
The prices is slightly cheaper than right off the border.
The washroom is very clean. Ask for key to the RESTROOM from the attendant.
They do close around 10pm.
They are also located next to the Sunset Car Wash, the ceiling is over height to accommodate RVs, perfect place to get your car wash after a long road trip.

* What’s a washroom? *
As almost every Canadian resident does when they are driving South of the border, I pulled in for a fill-​up at the super inexpensive (comparatively) U.S. gasoline rates.
You would imagine that this gas station, right off the freeway, gets its fair share of Canadians coming through. I know I saw lots of BC plates on the other cars.
After filling up I went inside and asked for the washroom key. She looked at me blankly and said, «the what?» I repeated, «May I please have the key for the washroom?» She responded, «We don’t have a washroom.» I responded, «There was a sign on the door of it saying to ask the clerk for the key.» She responded, «Oh, you mean the bathroom?»
I said, «Yes.» and realized that I was so «culturally insensitive» to not use the local jargon.
The question though — did she really not understand? (Doubtful) Or was she just being difficult? (Likely) Sheesh!
