We specialize in spine and disc care for work, auto, and sports injuries. We offer gentle chiropractic techniques, spinal decompression therapy, and massage therapy for quick relief of radiating sciatic nerve pain and other disc related symptoms of the neck and lowback. Our team of licensed massage practitioners are in the top of their field. Our combination of therapies with individually tailored low-​tech exercises promote full recovery and function.

History

Established in 1993.

Dr. Hill moved to Bellingham in 2003 after running two clinics on the island of Maui since 1993. He practiced at the Birchwood office before purchasing the historic building where he opened Bellingham Spine and Disc in 2013. We’re at 2701 Northwest Avenue in the heart of the Columbia neighborhood.

Specializing in the non-​surgical treatment of spine and disc injuries, Dr. Randall Hill is a caring chiropractor who utilizes state of the art equipment and his gentle hands to relieve back and neck pain. Having taught for the American Chiropractic Association and the American Red Cross, he enjoys teaching stablilzation and strengthening exercises at Bellingham Spine and Disc. Dr. Hill is community oriented and community involved. He is the team chiropractor for the Bellingham Bulldogs semi-​pro football team and Bellingham Roller Betties roller derby team. He has also worked extensively with the Bellingham Bells baseball team, and various other local athletes since moving to Bellingham.

I have seen Dr Hill off and on for work related back and neck issues that flare up from time to time… Dr Hill is completely competent, willingly takes time to listen, and knows what it will take to get you out of pain quickly. I have great confidence in his ability to manipulate and rehabilitate my posture and overall wellness.
This office also has exceptional massage therapists on site which have also played an integral role in getting me back on track!
BONUS ! Arrive for your appointment early on any day besides Monday and you will receive the best free therapy in town (if you love dogs like I do!)

Dr. Randall Hill and Dr. Chad Faaborg are the best at what they do. I have never had such good care as I get with these guys. I’ve made it a habit to get adjusted regularly, and you know all those aches and pains you’re used to living with? Well, I don’t have them anymore! Not even headaches. It’s amazing what good alignment can do for your health and overall well being. When I get an injury I get in there right away — for instance, last week, I woke up with a horrible pain in my neck and in excruciating pain. I was able to get in that same day and get treated. It’s taken a couple trips back, but they’ve used gentle treatment on me and my pain is nearly gone. Make chiropractic care a part of your life and you won’t regret it, I promise you! Plus, these guys give back to the community in spades — volunteering their time for the local sports teams like the Roller Betties and Bellingham Bulldogs. They really care about the community, and that just makes me feel that much better about going there!

Dr. Hill is an amazing chiropractor! He volunteers his time to numerous sports groups in the area and offers to treat them during the season. While I was playing roller derby I took a hard hit and my neck felt all wonky. During half time Dr. Hill was there to help me with the pain and perform a quick adjustment so I was able to play the second half of the bout without any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill to my friends and family!

The whole staff at Bellingham Spinal Care is great and very attentive. I’ve been in their massage club for over a year now and I have never had a bad massage. The therapists are friendly and skilled at their work.
Dr. Hill has also helped me with lower back pain with decompression therapy. He helped get me involved with the Bellingham Bulldog football program, which he volunteers his time as team chiropractor. Anybody that has the generosity to help local athletics and build community like Dr. Hill does deserves my business and recommendations.

This is NOT your typical cookie cutter, one size fits all chiropractic office. Dr. Hill is warm and friendly and it’s evident that his goal is to help you to archive the best possible condition that you can achieve. At each session he will start by asking you questions, actually taking the time to listen to your response, making a visual and physical assessment of your current condition, then basing the treatment for that session upon your condition at the time. Therefore, your treatments from one session to the next are not necessarily the same — manual manipulations, the drop table, or the decompression table are all possibilities based on how you are doing at the time. As a 35 year old player on Bellingham’s semi-​pro football team, the Bulldogs, there’s no way I would have made it through the season without Dr. Hill’s weekly care. Also, besides good diet and regular exercise, there’s no better compliment to quality chiropractic care than regular massage therapy, so make sure to take advantage of the added convenience of Club M, massage therapy located there on-​site. I have had the pleasure of being treated by 3 of the therapists there and believe me when I tell you that they are 3 of Bellingham’s finest. And the prices are about the best you will find in town. If you want to feel and be the best you, don’t pass up Bellingham Spinal

I found Dr Hill in the Yellow Pages (low tech!) and was curious about his disk decompression traction treatment. I had pain in my tailbone and lower pelvis that was so bad I was afraid I would end up in a wheel chair. It was really bad and had been getting worse for almost a year! My regular doctor sent me to physical therapy which was no help.
After just one LCD treatment I could notice a difference. After a few weeks I was pain free most of the time. After a couple of months of treatment I was as good as new. I am astounded and so grateful to have found Dr Hill.
He and his office manager, Patty, are very nice and helpful and i just love Dr Hill’s dog Keiko — she is the sweetest, prettiest dog I’ve ever met and really adds another touch of warmth to an already good experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend him, in fact I already have!
