We called interested in signing up for their basic to bareboat cruise and learn class, but had several questions since their website doesn’t have very much information.
The lady we talked to was rude and her answer to any of our question was did you see our website? It was like pulling teeth getting answers out of her! And yes we did look and read over the website before calling there wasn’t enough information on it obviously so that’s why we had questions!
It seemed that it was a chore for her to answer our questions you would think she would want to be more helpful and persuasive so we would want to pay this company lots of money for their sailing school… needless to say we will be looking elsewhere for a business that seems more happy to take our money.
