Employee rude and stupid!
I tell the individual light mayo prior to him putting it on heavy .I tell him. I said light mayo. He points to the bottle and States this is lite mayo I say no go light on my dam sandwhich!
Then i say light Siracha. he gets it right and does one stroke of it!
Idiots!!!

Customer service sucks!!! So unprofessional. One of the girls «MARISSA» was talking to the other worker about something that happened non work related. She was cussing up a storm while there was a line. I ask for Italian herb cheese bread, MARISSA says I have the bread but it doesn’t have cheese on it… fine
I wanted a meat ball sandwich. She says we’re out of meat balls… fine
I ask for pastrami, «we’re out of pastrami»
They did have these meats in stock they were just too lazy to put them out. Because the man behind us asked for a meat ball sandwich and the other worker said it will be ready in 15 minutes.
As I’m telling her the veggies I want, she interrupts and sees her friend walk in and starts yelling In excitement… Walks away and starts talking to him.
So rude! I should’ve walked out.
She needs to go.

If I could rate it lower I would. Customer service sucks. There were only 2 girls working at 6pm. They were rude and took forever to make my order. This isn’t the first time either, thought I’d give them another chance, would rather starve.

It’s a national chain, but every independent owner seems to have their own take on EAT FRESH. Fresh it was not. Got a couple of blah breakfast sandwiches. Would toss out a single star but girl behind the counter was very nice so she upped it to Two stars with her service

Bad horrible experience. First of all they couldn’t take my order right after repeating it about 5 times and the worker got upset with me since she couldn’t «hear me». Extremely rude and she would just throw everything around in the sandwhich a long with having a dirty display. Better employees would benefit this place. I wasn’t the only one dissatisfied everyone who was in line left upset. Never again.
