your experience really depends on who you get here. there are some ppl who will shove the drink at you and turn the other way. also if I pay for a drink I should be able to order an ice water, but they will claim they don’t have enough cups and can only do a tall(oh okay cuz my drink i paid for isn’t a tall and I’m willing to pay for the water so what’s the issue?) like I said it really depends who you get when you go here but I’d say it’s below the standards of Starbucks in general.

They were short staffed, the drive thru line was the longest I have ever waited in for Starbucks. People got out of their cars behind me and walked in, why I don’t know. But it was that ridiculous. I get my drink and its watered down like it has been sitting and I can hardly taste the coffee or the flavor. It was like muddy colored milk. I want to go in and ask for a new one but I have my baby with me and its more of a hassle than it’s worth. What a dump. Decided to go in and have them remake it… And they were rude, made excuses, offered no apologizes, and made it worse! customer service here is crazy bad. I have a headache from the amount of sweetener she used.

Parking is horrible. The service is worse. The baristas ignore you even when you are the only one in the shop and then act like they shouldn’t be bothered by you. Half the time your order is wrong but you can’t say anything unless you want to wait another 20 minutes for the girls, who are mostly standing around, to acknowledge you. No apology, no thank you. By far the worst Starbucks around this area.

Waited over 25 mins just to take my order and when my bf asked if we would be getting a discount for waiting so long, this dumb little girl I assume named Liz, answers«what um no, unfortunately no» No apologies or anything or appreciation for waiting that damn long. I’ve waited way shorter times at other Starbucks and have been offered no charge for my drinks. This Starbucks has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to and the least accommodating.

The parking lot here is very small. Decided to go drive thru. There were 5 cars ahead of me. Their intercom was broken. It took me 30min to get to the window. My lunch break was 30min long. I told the lady at the window they’re way to slow. Then she said, «no, it’s because the thing is broken». I just drove out of the drive thru to get back to work. I was 10min late. No lunch 10min late. Will never come back here ever again.

Alicias at the drive thru had exceptional customer service skills from her taking our order at the drive thru to receiving our order I never felt so welcome and what a pleasant voice and face. This is the first time I ever experienced such graceful and detailed service and I go to many starbucks she is a star and great touch to this location.

This is how my coffee was handed to me this morning after waiting about 20 mins in that Lon drive they line… horrible. and I wiped it off a little before taking the pic it was worse than this! When I pulled up to the window the staff was having a good olé time inside that’s probably why my drink looks like it was tossed in a cup they didn’t have Time Update: 3⁄2016 — currently have been waiting in the drive through for about 10 mins. there are still 2 cars ahead of me. things sure haven’t changed around here

Always 3 stars and never more. Service is always sketchy and lines are always long. I only come once in a while to this location because it was a drive thru and because I am passing by. Wish I could avoid it. Hector helped me tonight in the drive thru where there was at least 5 others cars in front of me and I had to repeat every single thing either once or twice. Not sure what’s going on, but I don’t think he is hard of hearing so I dunno. Eh, lucky they got three stars again out of me.

This Starbucks sucks man I had a long day at work I’ve been wanting the rocky road frapp! So it went to go get one and they made it so crappy! Taste like I was drinking just milk! Had no flavor or nothing waste of money! Threw that crap away if I wanted plain milk I would just go in my fridge and get it! Never again! This place suck plus the drive thru is pretty damn stupid always holding up traffic!

This is an okay place to go to. I usually go to Starbucks to study when I’m bored of studying at home, but this place is impossible to study at. I’ve tried multiple times, but all have failed. The music is always too loud and the tables are usually dirty with crumbs/coffee spills that the workers don’t clean for a while. There are a lot of workers here, but they all take their time. It takes longer than most starbucks(though it’s not that long, just considerably longer than others) for them to take your order. I gave this place an extra star because they have a drive thru. That’s nice.

Parking is terrible. For 4 – 5 little shops there’s about 8 – 10 parking spaces. Drive thru is convenient and they’ve gotten my order right every time so far. The space inside is smaller compared to other larger Starbucks and if you’re looking to study or get some work done you might get lucky finding a place to plug your laptop in.

The parking situation here SUCKS!!! Never any spots to park and the lot is tiny. Finallyvmake itbin and the girl working the counter decides to take a break as I approach the counter with a gang of folks right behind me. After she finished her conversation with another worker several minutes later, she finally approaches and ask for my order… only to interupt me so say they dont brew that blend. I asked for a pour over as it is the very least they can do(just as any Starbucks would offer). She rolls her eyes and yells to the back to confirm if that is possible. «Well we just dont brew that this late.» «I know… thats why I ordered a pour over.» Hate bad customer service… would have walked out but after the hell of fighting my way to come in… I might as well see things through.
