Sorry it’s taken us so long to get in here to write an exceptional review.
Aside from having an open bar, there are two things we are constantly complimented on about our wedding, and that was our food and our cake/​cupcakes.
You can imagine the whirled wind it was during our wedding, I remember a couple I do’s, some shots, great food, bad dance moves, and amazing tasting cake.
The cake was phenomenal, and I have a photo to prove it. The cupcakes, I never got around to them, but the kids ate them till the last crumb, and the adults are still raving about them, delicious.
Roxy worked with our budget, and never sold us short on quality and taste. The Mrs and I were very happy with the finished product, and would contact her again in a heart beat again if the occasion arose again. Professional and talented, to say the least.
If I can offer some constructive criticism, it would be only two things. One, the drive to Chino from Norwalk was a bit of a haul to meet, I would have appreciated a central meeting point. Two, no tasting was available, although the finished product was delicious.

From the moment I contacted Roxy I felt completely comfortable to continue my order. I was skeptical at first because I had never tried her desserts but I couldn’t resist from all the amazing reviews. She always responded to my text (I never tried calling but I’m sure she would answer). I met with her and we discussed designs, flavor, and price. You can tell her a price and she will tell you exactly what she can do with it. I ordered a 2 tier banana chocolate cake with butter cream frosting which was TO DIE FOR!!! I swear after one taste of that cake I grabbed a piece and hid it in my room so I can have one more bit. Everyone was raving about how delicious it was! I also ordered lemon cookies which were also extremely delicious and soft. As soon as I put them on the table they were gone in about 2 minutes. Lastly, I ordered funfetti cupcakes with butter cream frosting which was delicious as well. Thank you Roxy for making my baby shower even better I will definitely recommend her and continue with her service. Ohh! And she delivers!

Roxy is amazing! She exceeded my expectations. My daughters strawberry banana cake was delicious! Everyone at the party loved it so much! She is an amazing artist and as a bonus she is so sweet and personable, I loved working with her and will never go anywhere else!

Roxy exceeded my expectations for my wedding day. Not only did she maintain professionalism but also gave support and stress relief to my husband and I. Reassuring me that everything would turn out perfect!!! She was on time and finished well before the agreed time. She provided samples and I ALWAYS received a response when I needed to reach her. Every piece she presented was absolutely beautiful. I received compliments the entire night. She would be the first person I will call for future events. Such a pleasure to work with. Her positive energy made the process/​my wedding so successful.

Thanks again for everything Roxy. The Bride loved the work you did. I have worked with many Florist but your work and prices are great. Thanks again I will refer to to all my future brides and events.

I find it intolerable that a business will go to lengths to fabricate the truth.
1. This review was strictly expressing my discontent in how unprofessional the owner, Roxy, was due to being unorganized (couldn’t get my name or appointment dates/​time correct after three weeks and it was not about her talent/​products). And now, this review will reveal how she has lied in her comment.
2. Roxy quotes, «…dates I suggested and you selected the meeting date/​time.» LIE, this is from her text message to me, «I have another appointment that day at 10am and yours is 11am». Roxy gave me the appointment, I did not have the option to choose. Again, in all of our text exchanges, not once she asked me about my schedule and I was to accommodate to her, leading me to believe she has bad customer service skills.
3. Roxy did not want to communicate via email, everything was through text. Yes, I agreed to the meeting but was unable to confirm a time until 9:35pm on 4/​15, the night before! The ridiculous part is that Roxy did not follow up with me once, not once. She only replied within the hour of my Unilocal review when I decided not to move forward with the meeting. The funny part is that she still didn’t have it together by this time. She confused me further by lying with this text, «I was able to get all my appointments switched for ya. Took a while to hear back from everyone, but all is good…» LIE, the original appt she GAVE me was 11am and now she had to get all her appointments switched to 11am. WHAT… When I pointed her lie to her, she admitted she confused me and laughed it off.
4. Of course I did not want to hear from Roxy anymore because I don’t care for her lies and it’s upsetting that I have wasted so much time on this.
Again, this review is strictly based on experience with Roxy in the way beginning stages of planning. This does not reflect on her talent/​product, but only her POOR service. Clearly, I was not treated like her other clients.
Trust me, it’ll get annoying when someone you want to hire for a special event keeps forgetting your name or appointment, and only cares about her own busy schedule. It simply got painful to having to waste time on her «technical issues» (changing phone and not updating your messages with your clients is called a «technical issue»??? Anyway, Roxy is the worst business «professional» I have personally ever had to deal with. It was all bad and this sad attempt to discredit my words (all convo saved on my phone) is just rude.

Roxy is awesome and great to work with! The confetti cupcakes (my sisters favorite) and cookies were a bit hit at my sisters beach themed bridal shower. I gave her a few ideas and the theme, and was very pleased how everything turned out. Everything looked amazing and tasted great!

Roxy is very talented and so proficient. I think she will never run out of creative ideas. You can even just tell her your theme and a little bit of information of how you want it and she will just stun you with her work. She did a dessert table and centerpieces for my son’s first birthday and it’s just beautiful! The time I booked her for the event I am pretty sure that she will make everything fabulous. And I was right. I was so glad I found her. :)

Ordered my «30^th» birthday cake from Roxy. It was a naked cake with Blueberry and lemon filling. Is your mouth watering yet? It was absolutely delicious!!! The flowers were gorgeous. Roxy is the best! Super patient, and ridiculously sweet! Would recommend her 1000 times over, and will definitely be getting more cakes from her in the future!

We just had the honor of having our baby shower dessert table done by Roxy and it was just beautiful and delicious! Roxy was so sweet and worked with our budget, she listen and delivered exactly what I wanted and more! All of our guests loved the sweets, so good there was nothing left at the end. We will be using her for future events. Thank you Roxy for your hard work :) and for dealing with my controlling tendencies you sure we’re able to handle me.
FYI you can’t go wrong with any of her flavors. We had pumpkin spice, chocolate, and red velvet. Everyone loved every flavor and raved how rich and moist her cakes were.

Roxy is Amazing! I wish I could giver her 100 stars. She totally nailed the design and the flavors for my son’s 2^nd birthday! I couldn’t have asked for a better cake, cake pops, and cookies. I had tried Roxy’s baking before and had always been impressed, but when I asked her for chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day, I was blown away.
The strawberries were huge and delicious. The chocolate, some covered with gold, were delicious.
What put it over the top was the presentation. Roxy delivered the heart shaped box, tied with a nice ribbon directly to me at my house.
When my girlfriend opened the box, the strawberries looked PERFECT! They were arranged with different designs and gold flakes.
I’ll definitely be asking Roxy for these again for our next occasion as she went way beyond my expectations.

I just had my tasting with Roxy for my wedding favors and OH MY!!! Amazing… Not only are they amazing they look beautiful !! And Roxy is a doll and amazing to work with! I highly recommend something sweet and lovely for any event!!!

I found Something sweet and lovely on Facebook and Instagram from one of my friends. I emailed her for info regarding her pricing. She immediately responded right away and gave me her information. We made an appointment to me and my event was a week and a half later. She was able to come through with what I was looking for. She met my expectations and more. She is very detailed with her work. Everyone at my party raved about how good the cookies, cupcake and the cake was. She is a very pleasant person, I will definitely hire her again…

Not sure where to start because I am beyond pleased with her professionalism and talent. Roxy is an amazing person to deal with and very easy. Party planning can be stressful and overwhelming but Roxy gives you that peace of mind that everything will be ok.
She exceeded my expectations and had me in complete AWE of her work. During the initial consultation she completely understood what my vision was and was able to deliver. My guest were raving about her work and asking for her number. Her work is jaw-​dropping and becomes the center of attention…

Roxy is the best !!! Looked through Unilocal and this caught my attention because of how detailed all the other cakes and cupcakes were. I called and left a message, Roxy quickly replied with a text, this is the best because I’m at work and can’t be on the phone talking, I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted which were grenade cake pops for my boyfriends birthday!!! I picked them up the next day, they were awesome they looked so good! When my boyfriend got them he loved them and he said they tasted amazing! Thank you so much Roxy!!!

Found this bakery on Unilocal… Called Roxy last week and left her a voicemail… She contacted me via text message within minutes of my message. Though I’ve never tasted her cakes, I went ahead and placed an order for a two tier cake and 4 dozen cupcakes anyway.
Roxy and I met today… I brought my son with me. She was very personable and professional. We ironed out the details of the cake. She even brought some samples for my son and I to try… The banana and red velvet are SOOOO DELICIOUS! Moist and fluffy with amazing frosting!!!
I’m really happy with Roxy’s prompt response, professionalism, and especially her outgoing/​friendly personality (feels like I’ve known her for a while!). I’m especially happy because her cakes are delicious! Can’t wait to see (and taste) what my son’s birthday cake and cupcakes will taste like. :)
