This place is ok. I’ve gotten better work for a better price before. I think I paid way too much for what I got …35 $ for a full set with gel & they look a little messy if you ask me, I understand 35 $ isn’t too bad for gel nails but for the way they came out of say they’re more of a 25 $ job

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding. I felt like I kept being pressured to get gel nails no matter how many times I said NO. I ended up with matte pink nails but the lady seemed to get upset when my mom was talking about a cheaper salon with the woman behind us. She asked me to pay before even starting to paint my nails. She rushed through my nails and put my hands into the machine for them to dry. She then rushed out with her bags and left me under the machine so as soon as I realized she wasn’t coming back I took my nails out (they had been dry) and left. As I was walking out I took a look at my nails and they were STREAKY. I read similar reviews but gave it a try anyway since it was down the street and I needed them asap. Biggest mistake. I will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone ! Shitty work for an expensive price !! Paid $ 32 couldn’t got nicer work done somewhere else for less. Don’t come here !!!

I came here because my friend recommended it and I saw mostly good reviews.
When I got there I thought it looked like a low class business but I was like whatever maybe they just haven’t been able to afford renovations. I showed them how I wanted my acrylics (light pink/​nude color and slightly long) they told me 28 $. I was shocked because I usually go to Cerritos nail & spa or Apple nails and Spa (which both look really pretty & are kinda expensive) but they never charge me that much so I asked the lady to do a good job.
CONS: they did not put any effort into my nails

EVEN WORSE: 3 days after, one nail came off and the day after that another one came off. I went back the next day and asked them to fix it. They told me it’s because my nails are short which isn’t true because I have nice long nails and I always get the same type of acrylic and have not had this problem before.
When my salons make a mistake, they fix I for free. This lady did a fix quick and on top of that CHARGED ME FOR HER MISTAKE!!! there’s no way acrylics should fall off that quick! And the thing is, the whole nail came off. Not a piece
Overall; I’m upset with this place and will NOT be going back. Waste of money

I have come here for years. I first came here years ago badly in need of a manicure on a holiday. They were open. Bea did my nails, and I never turned back. I have naturally long and curved nails, but eventually they break. Thus I was was getting acrylics. Somewhere within the years of my patronage, Bea started handing me off to other manicurists. Everyone but Mary was awful! But when Mary did my nails, they hurt. From broken nails, half filed nails, lifting nails, everyone but Bea was awful. Ken was pretty good though. She asked me why I stopped getting acrylics, and I told her. She stepped up to doing my nails again for a few months, then started passing me off again. I don’t like wasting money, and I don’t like having the service I paid for done incorrectly. Thus I stopped getting fake nails.
But for the last year, I’ve still been going there getting my pedicures. Kim is great. Lynn is great. Two other young ladies are great. But there is one young lady who does an awful job at manicures and pedicures. Again, I told Bea. But this same young lady has been told to do my feet for the last three times I’ve been in. I’m done.

Went to this nail salon for the first time the other day. It’s right around the corner so I thought I would give it a try. First off the place is really clean and smells good. I got a mani pedi with callus removal ($ 5 extra) and upper lip wax all for $ 34. So the prices are very reasonable :) Plus I thought it was the best Mani Pedi I have ever had. They really know what they are doing unlike other place where I question if they are really professional nail techs. I had two ladies working on me while I was sitting in the spa chair. I didn’t have to get up once, not even for the lip wax, she can to me. So I felt totally pampered so that was nice. Ask for Kimberly when you go, she’s a pro!!! The only downside is there nail polish selection it’s really lacking, so if you don’t want to chance it bring your own colors. Besides that I had a great experience and will return!

First time there I was pleased. Next time I will get a new set. friendly efficient and clean.

Queen Nail is an amazing nail salon. 1. Great customer service 2. Good Quality pedicure and amazingly relaxing (I almost fell asleep) 3. Good pricing 4. And they are great at doing designs. Also there is an outdated review about their waxing which is no longer true.

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for the past 5 years, I mainly come here with my grandma and mom because they like it there. I recently found my go to salon and when I come here it just seems way worse.
First off whenever I come it always packed they seat you if there’s space in a spa chair if you’re getting a pedicure. Sometimes you’ll have someone ready for you and other times you wait there in the chair for minutes. For the most part they do good but they just talk way to much all the workers are very loud and aggressive with whatever there doing (pedi or mani)
In conclusion I don’t recommend coming here for a relaxing time since its so loud. If you do go I suggest having the owner Helen do your nails, she is very kind and does a good job.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now for Gel mani/​pedi. Their work was amazing when I first started coming, but as time went on the quality of work started to go down. Staff talks way too MUCH and are horrible at eyebrow waxing.

Its affordable. yes as with any nail place you pay extra for the add ons. This place is perfect for the perfect nail set or even a fill. they are very crafty with the nailpolish and have the mini spa experience.

Came here to get one of my nails fixed because it broke…
Who cares where I got it done before… Just fix it! You’re getting paid for it… Right?
Also, they forgot about me… Told me to have a seat and left now there for a while…
So if you like rude and disrespectful. Come to this salon because they like to overcharge, carry cheap polish, and talk SHIT in vietnamese!

I have been coming here for 10 years but over time I get passed up because they know me WTF? I have waited at least 1 hour or more before they even work on me & than they will get started on you and than walk away… to attend another customer they use to be so attentive to there clientes but its all about the money the rush rush rush to follow that $$$ it’s a damn shame as some customers like myself have been coming here for years and you don’t even catch a discount or a VIP card so sad

My wife took me here to get a pedicure. I love this place because it’s clean and the employees are pretty friendly! The girl took the time to do my pedicure and my feet came out looking like new feet! Lol their prices are also reasonable! I will definitely come back here again!

I use to love this place been coming here for years but now they get extremely busy and I just went the other day to get my eyebrows done and they did one eyebrow and would go back and do there other clients nails and then come back and do my other eyebrow and she didn’t even take her time I left very disappointed & the very next day I broke out all over my forehead!

I attend Queen Nails at last once a week, what I like is that it is very clean which I always look for so that’s good, staff is okay but I do always feel like they’re always talking about me which is a normal feeling I guess. The ladies do a good job
reason why I’m only giving 3 stars is BECAUSE instead of telling the customers that they are busy and to come back, they will put you in the pedicure chair with water going to leave you there for a while, its happened to me once. 45 mins, I was furious. ended up walking out and didn’t go back for a month, I did look for other places close to home but I just can find one that’s as clean. so I ended up back to give one more shot, the owner said sorry for last time which I appreciated I haven’t had a problem since but I still see other women that gets seated in the water and just wait.

Took my mom here to get a manicure and pedicure. Online it said the mani and pedi was $ 20. We went in and it was $ 22. I thought, «oh well, just two dollars more.» They charged me $ 30 because they did french style without letting me know and they charged extra to remove my mom’s old nail polish. Ridiculous. Two ladies worked on my mom so I gave them $ 3 tip each just out of morality. Nails turned out okay, but I won’t come to this place again.

I’ve been going here close to 6 years and love it! It gets busy sometimes which is a downside, but their work is great and affordable!

I came out super happy with my nails. I love love loved them! They came out exactlly how I wanted them. And I also love that they have massaging chairs for pedis. I highly recommend this place. And the staff are very nice. The prices are also very reasonable. Go you wont be dissapointed.

Well, this spot is literally around the corner for me, so its really convenient. Ladies are pretty nice, they have massage chairs while you get your pedicure, and prices are fair. Only thing that bothers me is their cleanliness. EVERY time I get my brows /​face wax they ALWAYS burn me. One of the youngest girls that works there would burn me every single time, sometimes I would even bleed. They double dip the wax, nor clean the area before they wax, they dont apply cooling gel after, and when they wax my face the girls place rest their hands on my face, with no gloves on! So their hands are obviously not clean and have been touching feet all day! Ive broken out almost every time Ive gotten waxed their. I have had some of my worst waxing experiences their. They are obviously not trained and Ive had to pay for it with burns, scars, blood and breakouts!! Im in the process of finding a new place to get my waxing. But people like them, because they always seem to be moderately full.
