Mobile Auto Glass

I had a windshield installed recently. I asked Joel numerous times for a invoice showing that I paid in full with the warranty on it. Every time I call Joel he tells me he’s not in the office but he will send me the invoice when he gets back in the office. Just yesterday I asked again and still have not received the invoice that I requested. I would not recommend using the company because of their very poor customer service.

Very professional. I had a replacement window installed 4 hours after I called.
I recommend without reservation.

Called to set up a mobile appointment. Guy said «I can have someone there between 1 and 2 pm.» Guy never showed or called. Called the office and asked about ETA, and was given the «Oh, umm, yeah I cant send anyone out today» Lame!

My windshield was badly damaged from road debris. Joel was very professional. I went to their shop and in an hour, a brand new windshield was installed on my TL. I totally recommend using them for your auto glass needs.

most of these reviews are totally fake. probably written by his cousins. this company is the most unprofessional business I have EVER dealt with. They came out to repair the tracks in my doors and replace the glass. they replaced the glass and never touched the door. Knowing there was a problem, they did NOTHING and left me with the ASSURANCE that the problem was fixed. It was NOT fixed and IT BROKE AGAIN 2 WEEKS LATER. They half assed the job and refuse to do anything about their mistake.
Even though they advertise it and put it on their invoices, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK!!. Now they hang up on me every time I call and refuse to even refund the money I paid them for a job they didn’t do. I just filed a claim with the court where I be asking for a judgment based on not only the negligence they showed (Knowingly and willfully sending me on my merry way with a broken regulator), Damages to my vehicle interior due to the poorly installed window EXPLODING inward all over me (I’m not even mentioning the cuts all over my face and arms) and the cost of NEW repairs however much that turns out to be.
p. s. I’m sure that you will respond negatively to my revue here on Unilocal.why not just call me back? oh yeah, you have a problem staying on the phone with people you RIP OFF!

Pretty good place. They were gonna come to me but since I was so close it went faster I go to them. Price was descent and they had the window i needed so I went with these guys. Customer service was good. Not much of a waiting area but man the guy did a pretty darn great job vacuuming all the glass up out of my car. Very grateful for that. And they were very nice and helpful in getting it all done within the hour they told me it would take. Overall great place and great service. I did find another shop that was cheaper but didn’t have the window till the morning so I went with these guys. No regrets at all. :)

I checked a few places in the area for quotes and the lowest I got was these guys. They provided a quote with no pressure at all, so I called them back a couple days later.
Unfortunately, they informed me they did not have the glass in stock and were unable to order it. Bummer. So I gave up and started calling the other places. About 30 minutes later, they called me back to say they had located it at another warehouse and could install same day.
I let them know 1) I can only pay with credit card and 2) I had to have my glass installed and vehicle drivable no later than 3p. He agreed that would be no problem at all. The technician showed up about 2 hours early, which was fine because I was imprisoned at work all day anyway.
The tech informed me it would be about 30 – 40 mins. I left my car with him and returned 40 mins later. He was finishing up the job and cleaning both the outside and inside of the windshield as well as my dash. They didn’t charge me all the addon costs for molding or supplies either.
Great experience and would do business again with them (although hopefully, I don’t have to.)

If you are ever unfortunate to have broken glass, life happens specially if you drive all over California. Then go check out Mobile Auto Glass and ask for Joel. He has been in the business for a long time now working with this father and now has taken over the business in Bellflower himself.
So a couple of things that you get for certain at Mobile Auto Glass; cordial service, punctuality and responsible workers dedicated to their craft.

Thank you for your services, not only was the price to replace the broken glass reasonable, but the service was friendly, and prompt. I have recommended your shop to many of my friends just in case their car windows get vandalized.

As far as i am concerned the delay in this comment is ridiculous. He comment is a fabrication. There was no offer to reschedule as we were deemed too far (after making the appointment). The person who I spoke to was not so reasonable and accommodating or i may have rescheduled but i don’t do business with people who are so unprofessional. To imply that i am misrepresenting what happened now, nearly a year later? Maybe hoping I wouldn’t notice? I think your business should have expressed respect in your actual communication rather than faking it 11 months after the fact. No one is perfect, but come.on. Really? This is sad.

I made a call and they had the windshield ready for me the next morning. They were prompt and respectful of my time. They finished the job in a very professional manner withing 45 minutes.
On top of it, it was the best quote out of 5 shops within the Long Beach Area.

I’m gonna say I’m a fan of this business.
In many ways, the technician did a TERRIFIC job. He didn’t carelessly slice everything up in the path to the seals of the old windshield. He was polite/​friendly. He was very talented and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a spot-​on job lining up the new windshield and the fitment was PERFECT.
I can only think of two things that could have been improved on during my experience.
1. They were late 50 minutes for the appointment (estimated 11am-​12pm, but arrived at 12:50pm).
2. The tech accidentally scratched off a good amount of paint at each of the front strut towers. This happened when he was using his tool to remove some clips at the base of the windshield (anyone could have made this mistake, including myself). It’s not a big deal really, I touched it up with some paint and it’s in the engine bay anyway — but I must mention it because it’s damage nonetheless. However, because I mention that, I must also mention that he did put up a valiant effort to be extremely cautious throughout the entire process. He was careful not to forcefully pry off plastic clips and tear at plastic covers. A+++ compared to all automotive technicians I’ve ever come across. I can’t remember his name though.“
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this business and I’d definitely consider them again, if needed.

Should review them twice — that’s how many windshields they’ve replaced for me.
Over two years ago, my Scion xA got the old rock chip that spread to a large crack. Quote from the dealership — $ 900 JUST FOR THE GLASS. With labor and installation, it would have run around $ 1500. So I lived with it for a year. Then I decided to sell the car. Called around, this place gave me the lowest quote by at least $ 100. And they were mobile — said they’d come to me and have it done in a few hours. More like 40 minutes! They came, changed it, and left… and I sold the car 2 weeks later, sorry I hadn’t done it sooner.
Fast forward to this week. My friend’s had the same problem for awhile, but wasn’t sure she could afford to fix it. Moreover, she let me borrow her car for 2 weeks while I’m visiting from out of town. I thought, why not? So I called up Mobile Auto Glass. They even asked what shade of glass I wanted, and when I wasn’t sure, he asked the car color and matched it. They wanted to come out the same day, but I didn’t have time. So we made an appointment for 9 am the next day. By 8:40 he was here, setting up. I offered him a cup of coffee, my dog loved him, we chatted, and he was STILL done by 9:30. Cost — $ 155! (1996 Camry)
All I can say is… it only cost 10% of the dealership quote. Honestly, it’s MUCH more affordable than I’d ever imagined. It’s fast, efficient, and they come to you. They say 2 hrs, but both of mine have been done in less than 1. Oh, and best part? 1 year guarantee, but unofficially — lifetime! In other words, they respect the customer relationship and they’ll do what it takes.

My car got broken into this weekend while in Hollywood. Called them on Monday morning at 8am, the guy came at 11:30 and I was having lunch by 12:15 with my new passenger side window. $ 125 for the whole installation. Not too shabby!
The guy asked where he could plug the vacuum in so he could vacuum all the glass out of the car and the door. So in case you should be in the unfortunate position of getting a broken window replaced, be sure to have an electrical outlet close.
I will be sure to keep their phone number handy in case this happens again to either me or my friends.

Driving on Southern California freeways, there’s always a chance to get your front windshield cracked due to rocks flying up from other cars or trucks. This happened to my friend and she asked me to find a place to replace her glass, so I called four businesses and found Mobile Auto Glass through Unilocal.THANKS Unilocal!!!
I made an appointment (with Joel initially, then spoke to Anthony on a different day) several days in advance and the Mobile Auto Glass employee arrived between the scheduled appointment (between 1 — 2pm). Anthony had called about 40 minutes before the guy arrived and double checked that we were home.
Once the MAG employee arrived, he got to work and finished within an hour to replace the front windshield. It’s guaranteed against leaks and wind noise.
For a 2009 Lexus IS350, it cost $ 165 plus tax for front windshield without rain sensor. Other places I called were in the $ 195 or more (plus tax).
The work seems quality and the glass is just like OEM.

Perfect experience. My Mercedes E320 was broken into last night. Called Joel at Mobile Auto Glass at about 8:30 a.m. He gave me an out the door quote of just $ 148. Julio came out at about 1−½ hours later (same day!) with the new window for the passenger side. It took him a bit more than 1 hour to do the job and he vacuumed up the remaining glass. No need to call insurance on this one… couldn’t be happier!

Hi, I’m Regina. Weird things happen to me too! So I needed my windshield replaced ASAP! So my buddy Ivan R. recommended me to have my window worked on by these people.
It’s cool when you want stuff done, but don’t want to be sitting in a boring lobby with boring magazines, etc.
The guy did it in about 30 minutes. I thought he was really considerate and nice. I think either the Pep Boys guys or the oil changing place left oil on the interior of my car near the driver window, so the window guy asked me if that was there already. Pointed it out to make sure if he did it or not. I thought that was really considerate. Unlike those «Pep Boys“that didn’t say shit to me.
Anyways…man, I can’t believe I hadt to get a new windshield… blah!

Hi, I’m Ivan «Weird Things Happen To Me» R. Last night in DTLA, a rock was thrown through the passenger-​side window of my parked car and the guy went through my stuff. Some douchebag was looking to jack The Big I, really?
So this morning I woke up and thought to myself, «hmm, I haven’t been gaffled in a long time… who do I call for auto glass around here? Unilocal???» Welcome to my relaxing weekend!
This is a 3-​Day Weekend, and while most closed up shop and didn’t pick up their phones, there was Mobile Auto Glass! I called at 9:04 AM and the installer arrived at my house at 11:08 AM, and immediately got to work, asking to plug in his vacuum so he could clean up all of the shattered glass that had shot throughout the car. Soon, after he removed the interior door panel, cleaned up more glass (so there wouldn’t be any stray glass inside the door, rattling — how pissed would you be??), replaced the window, tested the power window, reinstalled the panel as well as the door speakers & tweeter… he even tested the speakers to make sure everything was kosher there. After installation was done, he went through and vacuumed again and washed the window, finishing everything within less than 30 minutes.
Needless to say, I am happy with the speed and the quality of the service I received. The pricing was extremely budget-​friendly too…
Oh well, maybe tomorrow I can have brunch…
