I made an appointment to get my hair braided with one worker via telephone, as soon as I get to the hair shop the lady whom I made the appointment with said she doesn’t braid, so she then referred me to someone who can braid, I showed the person who was going to braid my hair a picture of how I wanted my hair braided she said she can do it, after she finished my hair I got a chance to look in the mirror, the braids she did on my hair looked nothing like the picture I showed her, she started braiding small then halfway to the middle on down she started braiding bigger, she went from supper skinny to supper thick braids, I expressed my dislike for the braids she did to her, and then the manger Keisha, The manager agreed my hair looked nothing like the picture or even close so she agreed to give half my money back, well she told me I had to come back after that she just kept giving me the run around about my money, long story short I never got my Money nor a offer for her or someone else to redo my hair, the manager stated that I was in my feelings, I told her I paid a lot of money and that I work hard for my money not to just throw away. I would never go back to that shop or recommend to anyone Some of the workers and the manager are unprofessional, and have bad customer service.

I only come here to right a review, i wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, this place is no good they will mess up your hair and they have no professionalism. Very rude and disrespectful place if i would go back in time i would never step into this horrible place!!!

My husband and I come here to get our eyebrows threaded by Dalgit. She is an eyebrow artist!
She makes my eyebrows look natural and gives them a fantastic arched shape. She doesn’t make my husband’s brows look threaded or girl either.
$ 5 bux for eyebrow threading. Amazing deal.

If you want your hair silky straight and healthy come to Keisha! She is the best around and very professional. I’ve been coming to her for about 6months and she ALWAYS does am excellent job!

I have been getting my hair done by Ms. Tiki for about 5 years. I actually followed her from her old salon to Mixin. She does even from weaves on difficult clients, like myself to a brilliant press and curl. She is a great person and wonderful hairstylist. My hair is always whipped. Her shampoo is amazing and the massage is relaxing. The thing I love apt her the most is that she will work diligently to achieve the look you want and she does it at a more than fair price.

I wanted to get a simple hair style a pony tail with a few curls. I showed «Ms. Tiki» a picture of the style I wanted and she said she could do it, but when she was done «styling» my hair it looked nothing like what I asked for. There were tangles on top. She pulled my hair a lot when she was washing my hair too. she dug her nails into my scalp and it hurt. She put so much heat on my hair thait it started to smell like burnt hair. It smelled wrong even after showering twice. She ruined my hair! Plus she charged way too much for what she did. My four year old niece could’ve done a better job. I’m never ever going back.

I don’t c myself coming back here! This was my 1^st time and probably be my last time I’m 99.9% sure! The price is wayyyyyyyyyyyy 2 much! I don’t know if it’s the studio price or the person who did my hair price. That’s crazy!!! I can’t believe that. I didnt even get a weave or heat or product done on my hair and that price! WOW! dont come here! I didnt even like the service I received! I feel 100% like I got ripped off I wish I could get my $$$ back! I’m very UNHAPPY!
The lady that does the eyebrows will «keep» asking you 2 get your eyebrows done. Like I didn’t say NO the 1^st time! She even was very loud inside tryin’ 2 talked to people outside as they walked by to come in. I’m like they c the sign outside the door if myself or others want eyebrows done we will come in!!!
