J J ‘s Jumpers & Party Rentals

Came here for my birthday party, couldnt have been more happier, checked out another spot in bellflower called petes and was treated so unprofessional and rude, that i am now glad that they did that, because i instead came here to J.J.s …a coworker told me they used them instead so i did, i ordered a full jumper/​slide combo, 2 heaters, table covers, tables chairs and a professional canopy for my party, everything looked so elegant, the chairs must have been brand new because they were so white, you could eat off them lol jk
The delivery was quick and professional, they even came in a big uhaul truck to deliver it all, i was panicing so much that day i recall, so worried my guest would arrive before everything was set up .but nope, no setup drama or anything…
Definately will be coming here for future events, the lady at the front desk was so nice and professional and most importantly, spoke very good english, unlike other rental spots in this area.
So dont waist your time going to any other rental company in BELLFLOWER OR any surrounding cities.
BY FAR THE ONE AND ONLY PLACE TO STOP.

This is the worse place for party supplies. It’s never open it has a sign that says call this number for service and no one answers. I had a reservation for some chairs and when I went to pick them up it was close called the number on the door and no one answer. I had the same bad experience when they were on Flower street. This is a rental place that you can not rely on. I will not recommend it in a million years

Used to use this place all the time for party rentals but they are no longer the same. I called twice with no answer didn’t leave a message bc I wanted to talk to a person not a machine. Called a third time and the person txt me to leave a message… My thoughts so u txt me but can’t answer my phone call, at least to say can you call back at a later time. But I finally left a message and a week later I still haven’t had a call back!!!

Called this morning for a last minute party after hitting several walls at other local party supply stores. Lisa was able to come through on a holiday weekend!
I highly recommend them and their prices are competitive!

Excellent service. Drop off as schedulled. Pickup fast. I’m impressed how great they were about my last minute request of specific piñata and balloons. Everything was great! Jumper and tables w/​chairs were clean and as promissed.
I’m sure will use they in the future: very reliable!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! They actually did my sweet sixteen it was so perfect I highly recommend this place. The lady who helped me is extremely helpful and has excellent customer service if you are having a big party GO HERE they will make it an unforgettable one I guarantee it my family has been coming here for a long time ever since I was a little girl they have the best prices very affordable if you are in a budget chairs are only 50 cents like really that’s awesome and they are brand new as we’ll and tables are 5.00 that’s also extremely affordable jumpers are in excellent condition only because I have rented here for all my parties this place is awesome !!! Come here !! Very affordable !! :)
Omg they have margarita machine !!! Very nice and also a ice cream machine!

I’ve been renting from jjs for over ten years now and they have always been more then accommodating for my last minute planning. The delivery crew are very professional and cater to all my request. My last party grew in guest rapidity and jjs was there to bring me an additional amount of chairs that I needed badly last minute. Margarita machine is amazing!!!

They were slightly late, but overall did a good job. We loved the price and the tables were clean and sturdy! I got the jumper overnight so we could’ve slept in there lol! Thanks JJs Jumpers and Party Rentals for giving me a good deal! :D

Been ordering from JJ’s for 2 years. I had been told of this family company by a friend and have not ordered from others since. Before JJ’s I previously ordered from Orbits Rental and got better prices with JJ’s for the same quality. The sales representative is very helpful by being very informative and nice. Going to JJ’s for rentals had made my events one to remember. Will be ordering for Thanksgiving & future events.

Try other places before you choose this one, my experience was nothing but a headache! Once you pay the balance, know that refunds are not allowed so if you need to cancel you’ll might get store credit, but if their in a good mood, there is all of a sudden a refund policy, I’m not sure how it works because I was told I had to wait 10 days to receive my refund, 10 days from the day I called and canceled, NO! 10 days from the day they decide it, YES, and if you question it the answer is and I quote «LOOK we don’t give refunds we’re just doing this cuz your in a jam» I wasn’t in a jam, I simply canceled a $ 58.00 dollar order because my daughter was no longer having a party, mind you no where on my receipt which I signed said no refunds, in my experience with rental’s in the past I could understand taking a 10−15% deposit fee, but to not refund nothing for not doing nothing is not good business!
