Foam N Fabrics

Came in not knowing what to do with my car upholstery and they stepped in with the best DYI help. Coming from a automotive upholstery shop, I was quoted $ 4,200 for a full restoration for my classic car and I didn’t have that to spend. I came in, asked so many questions, and they gave me so many great advices for my project. I only spent $ 500 in materials, but the knowledge these guys have was priceless!

Family owned businesses with great customer service, unfortunately seem to be a slowly dying breed. One thing that doesn’t help is we’ve turned into a «disposable» society, you know… rather than repair something, we just throw it away and buy a new one.
Foam ‘N Fabrics is one of those «mom & pop» shops that has been around since «mom» first opened the doors 46 years ago, so you KNOW they must be doing something right to still be here. FYI, they also have a 2^nd location in San Clemente.
They do custom upholstery services, including reupholstery, repair and restoration of all types of furniture, including antique furniture. They have tons of fabrics, foam, even draperies! So they either have what you need in stock or they can get it.
I’ve had a sofa-​bed for 16 or 17 years now and the cushions have been slowly losing their «cush». The sofa is still in good shape, so I can’t justify spending the $$$ to replace it just because of soggy cushions. I know new foam will do the trick, so after getting their name from a co-​worker, I gave them a call.
I ask about foam for my cushions, but Keith suggests I bring the cushions in so they can make sure everything is cut and sized correctly. I take them the next day and Keith tells me about my options with foam quality and firmness. He was VERY helpful, informative and it’s obvious he has the passion to make sure the job is done correctly. He brought out foam samples to feel. sit on and try out. I left the cushions and they were ready the next day. My sofa feels like new again!
OVERALL: They are not the least expensive game in town, but for their experience, knowledge and quality workmanship, it’s worth it!

Work was top notch; service was excellent. The repair done to the chair frame was a labor of love. Thank you Keith also for sending me great gardeners.

I have known Keith for 38 years. His work is superior to anyone in the industry. Keith has re-​upholstered several of our couches throughout the years, he has always made them better than when they were new! My father had Keith re-​upholster an antique rocker. Keith helped him pick the perfect vintage fabric and the chair was done expertly. Keith has also made us a 17 foot canvas boat cover and custom designed covers for two large, permanent horse shoe pits. We get all this in addition to his great, sweet, kind personality! You cannot go wrong choosing this family owned business to do work for you.

I had two great patio chairs that had cheap cushions. Foam and Fabrics made me custom cushions including their own unique design for the arms. Very happy with the quality! They will have my business for the next project!

I went to Foam and Fabric Inc after my down sofa cushions tore and there were feathers everywhere! It looked like a crime scene at Foster Farms! Thanks to Keith for replacing the down feathers with foam. All at a reasonable price and done within 24 hours! Saved me the cost of a new sofa. Ill definitely be back for other upholstery needs!

This place was awesome. The prices were fair, they were incredibly fast and the quality was great. On a personal note, I came in with a newborn and they were so helpful lugging my cushions to and from the car. Excellent customer service. I will be back for any other upholstery needs I have in the future!

I went to Foam n Fabric to get a quote on a chaise lounge cushion for my patio that needed repair. I walked in and explained my needs and was told it would cost $ 350 sight unseen. Miraculously, even though I had my own material and most of my existing cushion could be reused. my quote came out to $ 348. I was told their labor rate was $ 50/​hr.

My family has been coming here since I was a kid… Before that actually. So, when it was time for me to finally get my grandparent’s 1967 maple kitchen table & chairs out of storage get the chairs cleaned and reupholstered before I moved them up north, I knew who to call.
They are always upfront, honest, kind, FAST, with a knowledgable staff. Michael & Kevin rock and the staff was fast & courteous for me w my order because I was headed out of town back home in just 12 days. (The holidays threw a wrench into my time mgmt)
They have a thousand fabrics & prints to chose from IN stock, ON location, but ya know, I picked that one that had to be special ordered. Typical ;) Michael had it in stock in 2 short days!
I LOVE the finished reupholstered fabric that was scotch guarded and LOVE I was able to kept it retro & authentic! :)

This place is amazing. I have had living room chairs done for cloth to leather. I just get to wipe them down to keep them clean. Then I brought my cushions to be recovered and to buy pillows. Tony did an amazing job helping me and working with me to create a living room I wanted.

This place is still in business! Great service.
