When your car breaks down, its scary and its difficult to decide what to do. Time stands still and your mind races. I was so stressed when my little car broke down and didn’t know what to do. My family has been taking their cars to ABS Auto Services for many years, I was the black sheep who didn’t want to go there. But when my car finally started giving up, I went to Juan. He knew I was coming and quickly looked over my car. I told him what happened and he told me he would repair it by tomorrow. By the next day my car had a dead battery, he told me I needed a new one but the car was ready for pick up. When I got there I realized why my car battery died, the lights in my car stayed on. You should know my car has a MAJOR electrical problem and thinks half the doors are open if it has a fuse. I take out the fuse to avoid the battery from dying. When i told him he should not have placed the fuse, he apologized and stated the battery would not be included in the bill. My car I believed had a broken fuel pump but he saved me the time and money buy checking my car and noticing it was a bad fuel filter. My car started like a dream. He found the problem and fixed it, in the future I will have no problem recommending Juan. He always says, «If I can’t fix it I will tell you.»
