This location is pretty convenient for me, though at lunch time, the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare! I go to whichever teller is available first, and I’ve worked a couple times with Winston and am really impressed with his service. He seems very genuine when he asks me how I am and how he can help. When I had a lot of questions today, he was able to explain everything very thoroughly. I never feel rushed, even when there are others waiting in line behind me. My banking experience with Wells Fargo overall has been very positive. I left a smaller bank because I needed a bank with more locations, and I love that I do most of my banking from my phone. The other tellers I have worked with at this location have been great as well, but Winston really stood out to me today as being the most helpful and sincere.

This place has great service! They have always helped me with my merchant services for my business and offered awesome advice. The staff are the nicest people. Wells Fargo has the best banking prices and checking options. One thing though, it’s so hot in there! They really need to turn on the AC.

My account is with the downtown Bellevue Civica branch however, this branch is fabulous. I admit it used to be a little slow but, the employees tried very hard to make all the customers happy. Megan, the new Manager is outstanding. She is amazing and the line is moving a lot faster. Megan has all the Manager criteria and she is just plane perfect. Give this branch a chance, besides it’s in the same strip mall as Safeway, Starbucks and Safeway gas (great prices on gas)

Hmm… first review for a bank branch? Hmmm…
I mainly use this branch to handle ATM transactions, when I must do things physically. I don’t venture indoors all that often. But when I do need to take care of business with my accounts with a Banker, they are very cheerful and helpful. I’ve went in there to convert currency from one denomination to another, and have some account errors corrected. Overall, the internal customer service experience was pleasant, efficient, and to the point; just the way I like to conduct business.
