I was referred to Gene Piculell by another attorney to handle a matter where I made a mistake. Gene took care of the matter discreetly, professionally and the matter was dismissed. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. I recommend him highly. If I know of anyone who has a problem no question I will recommend Gene.

My experience with Mr. Piculell is not good at all. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the legal system, always reschedule the court dates, not explaining what’s happening and the process. Be ware, he charges a trial fee of $ 1,500 but does nothing to prepare and you plead guilty instead of going into the deposition and the money is gone. I feel ripped of and taken advantage of. That was my first time hiring a lawyer for any legal reason and I hope the last. An attorney should be representing my rights and be on my side instead of working against me and doing what’s best for him.
If I can give no stars at all I would.

I hired Gene E Picullel some time ago, so I’ve had plenty of time to cool and not leave feedback based on emotions.
If you need criminal defense in court, do yourself a favor and stay away from Gene Piculell. In my opinion, you’ll be far better off even with a public defender. Gene is a huge waste of money and time. From my experience, you’ll be lucky if he answers his phone after you’ve paid him. Once you are of no benefit to him, he doesn’t seem to care what happens with you. There are much better choices out there. Consider yourself warned.
