Nice little coffee and gelato bar in Bellevue tucked away in a very high end and luxurious shopping plaza. They looked like they had quite a wide range of gelatto flavors, but we were there for some coffee and breakfast. Coffee was delicious and strong so definitely points for that. However, the 2 paninis we ordered (ham & cheese and beef) were «freshly made» however ended up quite crispy/​hard and dry. I would more recommend this place for a quick stop for a drink or a dessert/​cone, but pass on their sandwiches.

Wow. Thought stuff this bad only happened in sitcoms. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.
Where to even start.. . Ordered a café con pana. Cashier (sweet kid) asked me what size. After informing her it only comes in one size, she looks back at the menu and says «oh»
Girl on the bar was completely sick, coughing, sneezing and rubbing her nose. Least she washed her hands when she saw me staring at her.
She then proceeds to make a Cubano. When I tell her it was a con pana she tells me that they are out of whip cream.. . Leaves to go ask the cashier if she rung up the right order. Awesome.
Comes back and says she can make some more whip cream. 5 minutes later I get the drink.. . It’s horrible.
Won’t be returning.

Great customer service, great atmosphere, great food.
I’ve been looking for a nice coffee shop to work in bellevue for awhile. Most places have no space to sit, have lots of noise and pushy service. At Vovito you always feel more than welcome to work there. Casey and Jacee are especially friendly, and just lighten up the atmosphere. I have never felt anything less than wanted and they seem excited every time a new customer shows up.
I highly recommend the location for just chilling and working on a busy day.

I stopped in for a strawberry Italian soda after dinner next door at Wild Ginger. The italian soda was quite good, but expensive ($ 5) for a small. It appeared to be a nice place to come in and enjoy a drink and get some work done. Friendly, efficient staff too!

If you are looking for a real Parisian coffee experience, this place is for you. They have rude Baristas. Terrible coffee. (When I visited) a cake refrigerator that was not functional overnight and the half served cakes were dripping all over inside the case. But there is good amount of comfortable seating space in a great location. Paris in Bellevue. Come by right at opening time 730am, so you don’t have to wait too long for the place to open (in my. m case the barista arrived late and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize to the three of us waiting).

Very disappointed. The breakfast muffin was good but unfortunately I won’t be returning due to lack of customer service and attitude. After being give the incorrect item I ordered, I went back to tell the (new) cashier and instead of being grateful and understanding I just wanted to give her a heads up but really didn’t actually mind what I was given, she was very defensive and sure she didn’t make the mistake. This is after she told me it’s her first shift… Really? I just was being friendly and giving her the opportunity to learn and laugh it off together.
‘Almond’ croissant was dry and lacking any almond flavor. Was starving so ate it as I didn’t have time to wait longer (she forgot about my order and had to remind her).

Wandering Bellevue in a hot hot day when we came to the Bravern and stumbled upon this place.
Came in and we’re delighted by all the different yummy flavored of gelato and sorbetto! They also have pastries and sandwiches and coffee– perfect one for all stop.
We tried a few and settled on kiwi, Concord grape, melon, and raspberry. We also got a shake with Nutella flavored gelato.
Everything was delicious! Very fresh, smooth and creamy. A great place to come and get a cool treat on a hot day. And you can go outside and sit by the fountain in the little courtyard and relax

This is the best coffee youre going to find. The only downside is the occasional line and overwhelmed barista. The prices are a little more, but you get what you pay for. This is real coffee, and the gelato is top shelf.

I just went here after lunch a few weeks ago, and definitely had a negative experience. I came in with some coworkers after lunch and the man behind the counter completely ignored me while serving my coworkers. I was standing right in front of him and tried my best to engage him in eye contact, so it’s not like I was standing off to the side and he wasn’t sure if I was just tagging along. My boss even asked if I was getting anything at all because I was being passed over.
The gelato and coffee are delicious, but the customer service really needs improvement.

Nice layout, horrible customer service. Basically order and go. The worker forgot to add a cookie to our order and then got flustered when asked about it. There was only four customers.
Looks like a place rich kids gets to work at when they are punished by their wealthy parents. I won’t be returning.

on a gorgeous day in seattle, we did landed in the bravern and did some wandering.
we grabbed some gelato (pomegranate and coconut) and moved outside to people watch. service was quick and the gelato was good. there must have been a body building event going on, because there were a lot of buff, heavily tanned folks walking around.
i think the total damage was 8 bucks for 3 scoops, not pricey at all. lots of things to choose from, as well.

As someone who used to recommend this place to coffee lovers, I will NOT be sending anyone here. Anymore.
This place has really gone down hill! The service used to be quick and friendly. They used to make their coffee so perfect, now it’s watery and disgusting.
Constant staff turnover, unhappy workers, and even the owner and her husband are rude. They asked the workers to tell me to pick up my 5lb dog.
Never thought I would say this but Starbucks is better then Vovito in Bellevue!

Gelato is okay here but expect a marked up price because its located in the Bravern buildings. Service is pretty good, but seating area is small and cramped. I think there are better gelato places in downtown Bellevue or Old Bellevue. None of the flavours stood out in particular but service was good.

Stopped in for a smoothie on a hot summer day.
FOOD: 4.0. Refreshing, easy-​to-​sip through a straw Cookies & Cream smoothie.
SERVICE: 2.5. Got the job done. And nothing more.
AMBIANCE: 2.5. Most seats were Odd interior seating without a view.

If I had written this review two years ago, like I should have, they would have got four stars, because at the time, they served some kick ass espresso. Sadly, the quality has gone down a bit. They also have a nice selection of ice cream; the other food items I never tried. Service is a bit on the slow side. It’s still the best espresso in that part of Bellevue, so you may want to visit.
