I always have a great experience here. As I step through the door for my appointment, I immediately feel a sensation of relief and excitement. I’ve been in pain for so long, I really needed treatment. While I was checking in, Vaughn was already at my side and waiting. She has such glowing energy, you can’t help but love her! She brought me into a room and since this wasn’t my first visit, she asked about how I was feeling, and what I was doing for the pain. She asked very concrete questions, and took the time to listen to my ailments and concerns. After a few minutes, she makes a decision on what treatment she will apply on me. I can tell by her good experience, she really knows what she is doing. Throughout my treatment, she remains very gentle and reassuring. She takes her time, and communicates with me to make sure I am doing fine. This puts me at ease, as I have major anxiety when it comes to any sort of health treatments. I will just say, I can’t ask for a better, more personable experience than this. Dr. Vaughn is professional, yet personable. She cares, and she is a great acupuncturist. If you can find a Dr that has both a wonderful personality, genuinely cares, and is good at what she does, keep her.
I will also say that she treats my husband, and my mom. I love this place very much, as it is also a family business, so they understand the importance of family care. I can’t show my appreciation enough. I think I’ll invite her and her office manager to dinner! :)
