Staff member from this location seem to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
Admissions depart ment does a good job on following your progress and answering any questions.
However if you have questions about financial aid well all I can say is try looking on Unilocal for other students comments or try Google as you will find many others with the same experience as mine.
It seems the Phoenix, Arizona office operates at a very slow peace so dont plan on any extra financial aid money until you actually have the money in your bank account.
you might do better to first start with a local college for one or two semesters then transfer to University of Phoenix.
Having said all this I would choose U of P over Kaplan ANY DAY !!
Kaplan really is a mess when it comes to financial aid office, that is another day another review LOL
