Renters Beware! I currently live here. They do a very nice job of getting you in the door and leased signed. Once it’s signed they do not follow through on what they say and the «amenities» of these «luxury» apartments are quite the opposite. You pay a lot of money for rude staff, slow maintenance (hole in a ceiling for 2 months), horrible upkeep, and constant changes to the lease agreement because they can. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. We’ll be paying $ 2400 to break the lease but it’ll be worth every penny to not live in this dump any longer.
