Getting teeth pulled is no picnic for anyone especially a teenage boy. Dr Rowshan was calm, gentile, and explained every part of the procedure. My son went in calm and we came out with no regrets. We felt very taken care of. Thank you! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Rowshan was nice, but the billing practices is not quite trustworthy. Even with Microsoft premera insurance, I am having to go through the struggle of bloated out of pocket which is way more than what was originally given in written estimate. The answer I got so far is that I am obligated to pay whatever they charge beyond the covered amount, and for some reason that is now coming to way more than what was in the estimates (even though none of the procedures listed changed). For the exact same procedure (one covered by insurance and the other not — due to hitting the max limit) the amount to me is much more than what they billed the insurance, and the answer I got was ‘I was obliged to pay whatever is charged’ — honestly it didn’t make any sense. Please note that they make you sign the ‘whatever is charged is your responsibility’, so you are indeed obliged to pay, but way more than what they charge insurance. go figure!
So unless you want to deal with this (even with best insurance carrier on your side), there are many other dental surgeons out there on the east side. This is the first time I am having such an issue with a dental practice around here. They’ve lost my trust.

My son returned from college in a different state and found out his wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. He had a very small window of time to have the surgery done and to allow time for recovery before taking off again for a summer job elsewhere. When I called Dr. Rowshan’s office and explained the situation, they were extremely helpful and agreed to schedule the appointments for examination on the first day my son got home and surgery the next day. When we went in for the examination and to meet Dr. Rowshan, we appreciated how thorough and clear he was in explaining the procedure and telling us exactly what to expect post surgery. The best part was he had one of his staff give us a tour of the surgery room and recovery room and even showed us the door we would exit so I knew where to park the next day. The layout of the clinic was thoughtful, practical, and everything looked clean and pleasant.
The next day, right after surgery Dr. Rowshan came out to the waiting room and reported how it went. He told me my son was in the recovery room and a staff would bring me in to join him and that I will be given instructions on post surgery care. The staff did that very patiently and she was kind and gentle with my son as he recovered and even assisted him all the way to our car! We could not have asked for a more professional and caring experience.

Dr. Rowshan was a true pleasure to work with, as well as his entire staff. He was authentically kind, well-​informed, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me realize that my best bet was to use IV sedation with an oral surgery entailing extraction of my top two wisdom teeth. The whole process was 30 minutes from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier on my choice to use the Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I highly recommend him and THANK YOU!

Dr. Roshawn and his staff were wonderful. Everyone from the person who made the appointment all the way to the person giving us discharge instructions were very thorough and professional. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out this morning and it could not have been more smooth. Thank you so much.

I broke a 4-​tooth bridge in August and needed emergency oral surgery — thank god my regular dentist referred me to Dr Rowshan and team. They got me in for an appointment right away, I had surgery the next day (bone graft and two implants placed) and, after having hardware mounted on those implants today, I’m now ready to have a new bridge made in January.
The care I’ve received has been second to none, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Rowshan to ANYONE who needs oral surgery/​implants.
