I agree wholeheartedly with everything the previous reviewer said. Literally, minutes ago, my closing was ripped out from under me due to their incompetence. They completely dropped the ball at the LAST minute and then tried to blame it on my lender, who has proof that it was their mistake and not hers. They sat on our documents for weeks without communication and if we hadn’t badgered the hell out of them I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t even be to the point we are at now. Everything was late, and everything was rushed. My first homebuying experience has been an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience due 100% to their awfulness. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

This company is a joke. My side of the home purchase (including the lender) had everything ready to close two weeks before the closing day and RCO proceeded to drag their feet for those two weeks, putting my back against the wall at closing time. Once everything was finally closed they then went on to *not* pay my home insurance as they were supposed to. My lender had to notify me that the insurance had not been paid.
Clearly, customer service is non-​existent, even though it is supposedly «very important to their veteran staff» as told by their website.
The reality is, instead of people doing their jobs, you have to hold their hand, call and email them constantly like the place is run by a bunch of 6 year-​olds with wet diapers. In fact, I might have to go over there to make sure it isn’t actually being run by 6 year-​olds who took my money to buy a bouncy house.
