I am a proud graduate of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, WA where I was trained in the interpersonal/relational psychoanalytic tradition. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from this institution and a Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology from Kent State University in Kent, OH. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington. My license number is #MC60301597.
Counseling Orientation
I believe the people who have shared life with you have had a remarkable impact on how you currently understand and process the world around you. My counseling orientation has been shaped by Christian theology, existentialism, and relational and psychodynamic theories. Our life experiences can leave us feeling heavy, stuck, frustrated, confused, and disoriented and often we need a person who will help us tell our stories and walk along with us as we discover what our internal world is made of.
