Hours are not honored. Staff takes off at any given time and no one is at the store. They are suppose to be open 9 – 5 Monday through Saturday and if I were to go there now they would be closed. I’ve personally seen designers waiting for the store to open during normal business hours. At any given time you will go there and see business cards of designers left in the door because they showed up and the store was closed. The website is non-​functional and the voice mail is not set up to take messages. As a designer who relys heavily upon renting furniture, this company is a poor excuse of an option. Is it asking too much to simply conduct business professionally? If the current manager is unable to honor the hours given to the public, he should put someone in charge who can… his customers would really appreciate it.
