Wow, where to start… this company is terrible in every way! The recruiter could barely speak English and submitted my resume for a bad fit — without my permission. I was eventually hired but they tried the old bait-​and-​switch with pay rates. Basically, we agreed on a rate of ‘X’ but *after* the interview, they offered me a lower rate. That is truly unprofessional. What if I had done the same thing to them by demanding X+2 *after* the customer had made a commitment?
What a bunch of bozos. They do offer competitive rates but that’s probably meant to compensate for their pathetic service.
I’d give ‘em zero stars if I could…

I had a contract through Prithvi-​Catalytic for several years, they gave cost of living increases, were small enough to care about their contractors, and provided competitive hourly wages.
I can sympathize with the poor review in that it’s hard to make the screen sometimes and feel like nobody’s contacting you back when you’re between gigs, however I’ve gotten a few people hired through Prithvi as well and the reps were much better than other national agencies that will remain nameless, I’m sure you know their names: p
