Greetings. I am the founder, owner and CEO of the PACE Staffing Network, an award winning recruiting, staffing and managed services company headquartered in Bellevue Washington. With over 4 decades of «making a difference» we see ourselves as a company that frequently redefines how staffing gets done — one client at a time!

After all these years, I still love what I do, which brings a special energy to our «make a difference» mission. While my role in the company has evolved into more of a consulting role — internally and with my PACE customers — I still get a thrill from figuring out one more way to deliver value to an employer’s staffing operation that will put more people to work — quickly and efficiently. And for the thousands of employees PACE places annually, I still love hearing their stories of placement success. The best news for me is when I hear our people talk about «looking forward to Mondays» just as much as they love «celebrating Fridays!»
