Omega Tile Marble & Granite

This review took longer because I had to get up and walk to the nearest bathroom and snap some pictures of Greg’s awesome work! I can’t tell you how many projects Greg’s done for my family and friends. Kitchens, back splashes, fireplaces, entrances, bathrooms you name it. Every job done professional, on time and on budget. Did you know he’s done work a very high end store at Bellevue Square? Did you know your favorite Brazilian Steak House in Bellevue and also Seattle feature his work? His work speaks for itself and his business practices are top notch. I will not refute any Unilocalers claims because I don’t know all the circumstances and it is not my place to do so.
But a word of caution to any Unilocaler out there it’s not good to pay any contractor in any field all money up front or remainder to make the agreement whole until after all work is completed and to your standards.
That being said I need to call Greg for another job here shortly!

Grigore did a very big job for us and towards the end, he messed up big time. He was very nice and convinced us that he will take care of it and asked for a full payment for the job. We trusted him and paid him in full. After that he disappeared. We tried calling and calling and he does not respond. We ended having to call someone else and it costed us 10,000 to fix what Grigore messed up. Never prepay your contractors.

Omega Tile was recommended by our hardwood flooring contractor. In the beginning Greg with Omega was very good, his work was decent and price competitive. He did did ¾ of the job that he was hired to do, we liked him so we paid him in full. We asked him to come back to complete the job of the backsplashes once the kitchen cabinets and bath vanity was installed. We have tried and tried with no success to get Greg to return to finish the job. Lesson learned to not pay in full until a job is completed.
