We needed some trees limbed back from the house we just purchased and they were the first to respond to my inquiry. It took several people a couple of days to respond.
They came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate then did the work on the time and day we scheduled. I left to meet our movers and when I returned they had finished and left. The only sign they had been there were the well trimmed trees. There was no sign anywhere in the yard of debris from the job.

Norwest did a view trim job for our neighbors and then for us. They are commutative, polite, hard working crew. If you need a ‘window’ trim for view they are the ones!

Without any negotiating, the estimate provided was already 10% less than the lowest bid I had received from 2 other services; I used them to remove 2 potential trouble trees and am very pleased with the results. Stump grinding took additional time due to equipment malfunction but was done quickly.

I just recently moved to the east side area. And I needed some tree work done asap. I called several tree services and Norwest was the first to respond. I was in a time crunch and they were understanding and on board. All of the crew members were very polite and did such an amazing job. They even went above and beyond what I requested. I thought I would have a big mess to clean when they were done but they cleaned everything up and were even kind enough to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. And asked if there was anything else i would like before they left. I really love this company and will be calling them again in the future.

On time and fast. ¹⁄₅ of a large tree fell into three yards and in less than 72 hours, the fallen tree trunk was cleaned up and the rest of the tree was stabilized. Unlike the other service that quoted high and wanted to find a way to stick the insurance with the whole bill, Vic came out figured it was worth trying to save the lower portion of the tree and gave a lower estimate as well. The crew was fast and safe. They minimized damage to the lawn and kept all other structures safe. The clean up is pretty close to immaculate too as they even cleaned up the saw dust. The whole experience was refreshing, speedy and clean. While I wish we hadn’t lost the one trunk, the rest of the maintenance was required and Vic and team did a fine job.

This company is aweful! We called them many times and they forgot their appointments with me and never showed up for the estimate work. The main office guy and the folks on the field don’t even remember my phone number. They even called me saying «we will be there in 30 minutes» but they were just lying.
The worst customer experience I had.

This company is currently chipping my neighbor’s wood on my property, blocking my driveway and getting wood chips everywhere. I’d go out and say something, but the sawdust is flying! It looks dangerous. We were just looking for a company to trim the large trees on our property, too. Guess which company we’ll not be going with?!

We had a dead tree in our backyard that had all of our neighbors living in fear that it would soon topple over. The tree was not accessible by a crane but Norwest was brave enough to climb up the hazardous pine and within a few hours my yard was tree free. The price was a little high but worth it; the following week we had some intense wind gusts that would have surly been much more costly. Norwest is not afraid of heights or death defying tree climbs so i highly recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with Norwest’s professionalism, coming in with a very competitive bid (one of the lowest bids received,) and their overall efficiency. You couldn’t ask for a better group. I would use them hands down over the rest anyday. Thanks for coming out and removing our very large tree, on time, and with a very reasonable bid. Oh, and did I mention they are also licensed and bonded? Yes, very important fact to consider when hiring people for large scale projects that could result in property damage. :)

The crew from Norwest Tree Experts had what I thought was a difficult job ahead of them. My very old and large Dogwood was diseased and sitting in a tight spot. My shed sitting on one side, a flowering bush that I kind of wanted to keep on the other, and my neighbors shop and fence right next to the tree. The guys showed up on time with a boom truck and chipper and went to work. The tree was down to a small stump in no time with zero collateral damage. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because I had some minor clean up of sawdust on the fence. The price was the best we could find and I am happy with the results. Nice work Norwest!

we had a *very* large tree that needed to be taken down & the crew that came were amazing, especially their climber. that guy has absolutely no fear & his expertise was thrilling to watch. all of them were efficient & hardworking & polite. like the other reviewers, i was impressed with how tidy they left everything.
the stump grinding the next day was also very efficient & handled by a very professional & personable guy.
the only reason i’m not giving 5 stars was the difficulty in getting the wood hauled away in a timely manner. i don’t think it was strictly norwest’s fault but there were definitely communication issues between him & the people he subs out to haul.

We had them take down two very large, dying fir trees in our front yard; they were fast, efficient, cleaned up their mess, and their bid was significantly less than the others we received.
