Our clinics serve birth through young adults with the Pediatric Therapy Program at MOSAIC Children’s Therapy in Bellevue, Issaquah and Seattle. We serve children in need of therapy due to trauma, disease, surgery, congenital disability or developmental delay. Our therapists include physical, speech, occupational, behavioral, ABA, nutrition, vision therapy and psychological services. We treat our patients in a collaborative team environment with an emphasis on family involvement. Our pediatric therapy includes, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychological evaluations and autism diagnosis, individual and family counseling, developmental preschool, feeding therapy, handwriting groups, social skills classes, mindfulness groups, coordination groups, developmental dance class, nutrition services, vision therapy, yoga for kids, aquatic therapy, ABA Applied Behavior Analysis, kindergarten readiness, summer camp programs and more.

History

Established in 2003.

The Pediatric Therapy Program at MOSAIC Children’s Therapy serves children in need of therapy due to trauma, disease, surgery, congenital disability or developmental delay.

Our goal is to help the children we serve to reach their full functional potential. In order to meet these goals, our team of experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists and educational consultants perform specialized evaluations and develop treatment plans that meet each child’s unique needs. Our therapy program takes a family-​centered approach with family members involved in goal setting and in the treatment sessions.

We offer services to patients with apraxia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, brain injuries, Cerebral Palsy, cleft palate and related disorders, delayed speech and language development, developmental delays, Down Syndrome, Dysphagia, non verbal disorders, orthopedics and sensory Integration Dysfunction.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrea D.

Business Owner

Andrea, Speech Language Pathologist, has over 18 years of clinical and management experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Elementary Education from Minot State University and her Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from Western Washington University. Andrea also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Andrea originally joined MOSAIC in 2000 working as a regional and then divisional manager. In 2007 she was delighted to have the opportunity to take over operations of the MOSAIC outpatient clinics. Since the change in ownership in April 2007 Andrea has focused on expanding and diversifying the programs offered at the clinic including aquatic therapy, social skills, behavioral and educational consulting and counseling services.

In 2010, a second MOSAIC clinic was opened in Seattle, University Village area-​now Northgate.

In 2014 a third children’s therapy clinic was opened in Issaquah on Gilman Boulevard
