Mail Plus

I came here to mail something small to a friend. This was incredibly fast and easy. The store is small but I was the only person there so there wasn’t any wait. The woman helping me was extremely friendly and helpful. Far and away a better experience than going to Fedex Office or something. Definitely using them again when I need to ship stuff.

Exceptional remote office-​business service that was part of my busy life for over four years or so.
When it comes to business mail and location, you want the most serious onsite owners/​manager handling it. He doesn’t need to be your friend. He should be your advocate. All else doesn’t matter.
I’d be put off too if asked stupid questions about non existent scenarios. Mail Plus doesn’t lose deliveries — they take care of them.

Opened a new online business and now I have a lot of packages to send. Went in to ask questions about services, costs and about security of parcels left at this establishment (due to bad reviews on

.) I’ve always liked the woman at this place, but that man is condescending, rude and unprofessional. I’ve dealt with him on 2 previous occasions where he was a complete jack ass. He proceeded to get defensive about how no one in his 25 years has ever asked about that and that no package has EVER been stolen from here. I said I wanted to use their services but was concerned about this issue because I want my customers to get their packages (they actually DO leave parcels out front, lined up along the side by peoples mailboxes. He proceeded to tell me that i worry too much and I’m free to go to the post office. I would highly recommend not using their services if you have packages to send… I don’t understand why they don’t keep it behind their counter, but they make no money from the USPS for accepting packages so maybe that’s why… they don’t care because there’s no benefit to them and its not their problem. So far, working out great at the crossroads post office. I’ll also try the new post office at Factoria.

Only go to this mail store if you are prepared to pay quite a bit more than the Post Office or UPS will charge you. A USPS flat rate envelope that is $ 5.05 using USPS Click-​n-​Ship online will cost $ 8.10 at Mail Plus (60% more than USPS). Every service they provide has an additional fee attached. For me, it’s worth it to drive a few more blocks to the real post office at Crossroads.

They’re outrageously expensive; twice what the Post Offices charges on everything!

Mail Plus is staffed by a super sweet couple — the lady who is usually behind the counter is really quite helpful and friendly. I was planning on shipping a book to a friend, so she informed me of media mail that saved me a bunch of $$. Since then I’ve come back to mail all sorts of packages and she’s always been great.
Cash only though!

This place is awesome! They always give me great advice on the different shipping methods and best of all I don’t need to wait at the Post Office to get what I need! Besides there isn’t a Post Office near my office, so this is super convenient. Highly recommended!!!
