Lozan Sergey,DDS

It’s a great place to get all your dental problems solved as well as doing your regular checks. As of today, have seen them at work for more than few times and must say they are doing their job very well.
Dr is very professional and courteous, he is also pretty strict with his nurses and makes them stick with high quality of work. His attention to detail is impossible to not notice.
Staff at reception is also very nice to deal with. Even in the case of problems, they show you what has been done from their side and try to help out.
Already suggested this place to a colleague who was looking for a dentist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lozan for 15 years. He is a very knowledgeable and dedicated doctor and commends all praises.

I’ve been going here since maybe 1998, Sergey Lozan has been great over the years and I’ve never had any issues. The hygienist are great and remember me since I was little.

Great dentist. Dr. Lozan is experienced and knows what he is doing. He has been my dentist for many years. I tend to get little cavities here and there even though I brush and floss regularly. Dr. Lozan always takes care of what needs to be taken care of and tells me when we can wait to see how questionable items will develop. The staff is courteous and the office is nice.

I have been going to DR Lozan for over 10 years.
Never had a problem in the past. Now thing are different. Dr Lozan is more concerned in making money than his patient’s health.
I had a tooth pain and so did my wife. Called to schedule an appointment for my self and her. When we showed up we wore told rudely that we made a mistake and our appointment is next week. I should have seen the signs but I figured that I was the one who made the mistake.
So we comeback next week, this time we are admitted. Instead of just looking at my tooth and my wife’s tooth. They took x rays of all the teeth and then proceeded to clean them. I was told, I needed a filling and my wife needed a root canal. Now keep in mind that the doctor spend no more than five minutes with each one of us.
As we left the office his wife raced after us screaming that we neglected to pay $ 280
for the visit. Like a fool I paid cash and once again I should have seen the signs.
I guess I am just a fool.
Anyways I get my filling done. Two weeks later I have pain and more of it.
I go see Dr Lozan again, now he tells me that I need on the same tooth ether a root
canal or removal. But wait he just said that a filling would take care of it.
I asked him which is better for me. He said that it was my decision. He can’t tell me which is better, because then he might be liable for a wrong decision.
There is a reason why I went to see him all these years and that is that he is a pro and I am not. I guess I was wrong. So I wait three weeks and guess what, my tooth healed.
Today I went to pay for my wife’s root canal. I asked his wife to credit the $ 280 we spend with them earlier. His wife started screaming, behaving disrespectfully towards me and my wife. In the end she said she will credit the $ 280 but I should go find another dentist for the future. I can’t believe this, going there for over ten years and
get treated like that in the end. I guess I am not important to them.
Not a fool anymore.

Woooo wooo dentistry… errr… nevermind. I just can’t get that excited about a dentist!
This is my dentist and, as far as I know, the people in the office get their job done well. I’ve been going here since I was 18 or 19 and usually only visit the office once a year, but the woman that works on me always remembers me. (It’s almost freaky!)
The only big «draw» that I can think of is that it’s a Russian-​speaking office, and that tends to be useful for people (like my mother) who have a much easier time with that language. They also speak English, though, so it’s kind of nice because I can switch it up whenever I feel like it.
I guess I’ll stick to four stars because they do a good job and I don’t see any reason to dock them down to a-​ok (aka: 3 stars) just because I don’t really enjoy visiting the dentist…
