Went shopping for my next new car and visited thus location. No one bothered to offer help. It definitely was a Ghost town there and no one seemed to care about selling a car. Checked out a few Lincolns on the lot and on the showroom and still scratching my head today that no one cared. Maybe they already met their quota for the day and went home?

Terrible service! I bought a new car from these guys back in 2007. They put a lot of pressure on me to buy. I was in a hurry to buy and just kinda went with it. 8 months after I bought the car, it was acting weird and I called twice and sent an email and never got a response. I finally got in touch with someone and I was told they dont have loaner cars and I would have to «Figure out my own transportation». I then called to schedule an oil change and never got a call back. Just last week, I called and set up an appointment, but the lady didnt have answers to all my questions and so she said she would have a specialist call me before my appointment. That was sunday and my appointment was thursday. I never heard back so I didnt even go t othe appointment. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Awesome dudes… Got a brand new Mercury Mountaineer from them, and awesome deal. Willing to move cars, volume dealer. They took us seriously even after we pressed the price to a ridiculiously low price. Never used hard pressure tactics… even though they did use some tactics… very light though. Very respectful, not condescending like a lot of those car lot assholes…
