Freaky slow delivery. Place is .6 miles away and it still takes an hour or more for delivery. Guess I’ll go somewhere else or start bringing my lunch.

I’ve been eating at jimmy johns religiously since 2009 when I was a little college student who didn’t know how to cook. If I had to guess, I’ve probably eaten about 150 jimmy johns sandwiches in my lifetime. I try to steer clear of major chains when reviewing, but I have to say something about this one… It’s just so mediocre. Every time I have ordered, something has gone awry. Not always terribly awry, but something offputting happens. The first time I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and it didn’t get there in time for my lunch break. By the time it did, I scarfed it down fast but still noticed the sandwich had been sitting around since I placed the order because the tomatoes and mayo had turned the bread soggy. It was warm too. Yuck. I ordered again and there was a big piece of parchment paper stuck to the bottom of my bread. This happened the third time I ordered too. The fourth and final order was almost great! I was happy nothing went wrong after I finished my sandwich… but then I opened the pickle. The pickle tasted like it had sat in a soap bucket or been sprayed with cleaner. After discovering this, I left it alone for 15 minutes to see if my tastebuds were just going crazy… and it still tasted soapy. I’m not sure what is going on at this store location, as jimmy johns are usually very clean. I might still order from here just because it’s Jjs but I’m very weary of it and you should be too.

While visiting the area we phoned in an order to have delivered to our hotel. They required our debit card over the phone & delivered very promptly. A few days after returning home our bank called to inquire about possible fraud on our account. Over $ 300 was taken from our account for gasoline purchases in the Seattle area. We didn’t buy ANY gasoline while in the area. The only place we used this debit card was at Jimmy John’s, so there’s no question where the fraud occurred. While our bank has been great with this, I have called Jimmy John’s corporate office twice with no follow up call back. We won’t be eating at Jimmy John’s anymore.

i order JJ’s once a week as a treat, basically. well, i’m done ordering from this location — other locations can get you your sandwich in 15 minutes, i just waited 48MINUTES(not even at lunch, mind you… it was 2:37 when I ordered and I got my food at 3:25) for a sandwich. that is(a) not freaky fast and(b) they screwed up my sandwich. i’m too hungry to call and get a new one because it’ll be another hour before i get it. done ordering from this JJ’s — even if they are only 6 minutes from my work.

I order from here 4 out of 5 days I work and the ONLY reason I continue to order is because no one else delivers to where I work. this place is FREAKYSLOW and FREAKYINNACURATE. maybe one order a week I get comes the way I order it and the rest of the time its horrible. and usually do not get a straw with my soda when its delivered. I would not recommend this location to anyone who has food standards because they will drop the ball and might accidentally get your order right.

I used to be a delivery driver, so I understand that when I place an order for delivery at lunchtime I should expect it to take a little longer than usual. However, when a business whose claim to fame is its«Freaky Fast Delivery», takes 45MINUTES(my entire lunch break) to deliver a sandwich to an office that is literally 3 minutes away, I’m going to be pretty peeved about it. after about 40 minutes of waiting I tried to call and of course there was no answer. When you are primarily a takeout/delivery restaurant, your first concern should probably be to answer your phone to take peoples orders, otherwise you dont have any business. Not only that, but every single time I have ordered from this location I have had a mediocre sandwich with stale bread and soggy lettuce. The people who work here are friendly, but definitely need to step up their game in terms of food quality and customer service.

I ordered the same sandwich here twice on two different occasions and they screwed it up both times. Called to let them know and I was«transferred» to a manager, but was just left on hold. I don’t have time in my work day to not eat lunch and wait for them to bring me another one(that’s usually how the process goes). The downtown Bellevue locations has far better service than this place. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Showing up at this(well… any Jimmy John’s for that matter) Jimmy John’s at 12:30 pm is asking for trouble. But this place was so fast and so friendly… I got a #4 with extra fixings(well, yea… that is the usual for me). They had it done in no time. I like the seating here, they have seats by the window, or for a group or some tables in the corner. Such a wide seating arrangement, I didn’t feel like anyone was too close to our conversation. Thank you Jimmy John’s! Now all I need to do is figure out which location delivers to my work!!!

My office is a four minute drive from this location, yet it took a full hour to get an order for 1 sandwich today. Half of the sandwich didn’t even have the tuna I ordered in it. I’ve never had such slow service from a Jimmy John’s before, but this is the first time I’ve ordered from this location.

First time I stopped for quick sandwich the credit card machine didn’t work. The second time they didn’t have the chips I wanted. And they don’t deliver to my house. But the sandwiches are good. Service wasn’t too fast!

I was pretty happy when I found out there was a Jimmy Johns a mile away from my work, until I started ordering from them. Their sandwiches are decent but it takes them 30 – 40 minutes average for them to deliver my sandwich. Tell my why it takes so long for them to deliver when they are a 5 minute drive away? Not only is their delivery slow, but even when you walk in to grab a sandwich it takes a good five minutes. This is not my typical experience with Jimmy Johns… Usually they are my sandwich ready for me before I even finish signing my receipt.

I used to love Jimmy John’s until multiple less than stellar experiences with this location. Bread almost always is stale and their service is slowwwwww. Freaky fast delivery? It took me 55 minutes to get my stale sandwich today. I’ll pass from now on.

I absolutely love JJ’s! The bread is delicious and the veggies are always fresh. This is my go to place when I have a sandwich craving. I was a vegetarian for 10 years and old habits die hard so, I always get the number 6 veggie sub and it never disappoints!

First of all, I USED to love Jimmy John’s when I lived in Colorado. I always found their sandwiches to be mighty tasty. Upon moving to Redmond, I was happy to find out that there was a store just 1.3 miles up the road from our apartment. I called one day, placed a delivery order, and within about 10 minutes, delicious sandwiches arrived at my door. Fantastic! Color me «one happy customer»! Fast-forward to a couple months after this delightful experience. I called the store to place a delivery order again, but was informed that they don’t deliver to our apartment complex. I reminded them that that had before, but I was met with«No, lady. We have NEVER delivered to your apartments.» Hmmmmm. I know weed is legal in Washington and all, but I assure you, I hadn’t smoked anything! I can’t be sure of the JJ’s employee. I asked to speak to a manager, at which point he(I didn’t get his name) told me I was wrong about them ever delivering to our apartments before and got off the phone with me as fast as humanly possible. I usually give an establishment my 3 strike policy, but this encounter hit that mark in a matter of minutes. I vowed never to eat at Jimmy John’s again. Ever! Sooo…I had a moment of weakness today. I was driving back from a lovely day at the park, and decided to stop by this location in person and pick up a sandwich. What a total mistake! I could hear the loud music from outside. I walked in, music blaring, and at least 20JJ’s employees behind the counter. I walked up to the register to place my order and the guy looked at me like he didn’t know what planet he was on. I had to repeat my order 3 times before Sir HeadFullOfRocks was able to hear/understand me. I felt dumber just being in his presence. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! I got home and opened the sandwich. I tried to remember how much I used to love their fresh bread and flavorful meat and cheese combinations, but the awful taste left in my mouth from dealing with the incompetent PEOPLE made this, my LASTJJ’s sandwich(for real), taste truly terrible. Sad face. Steer clear of this one, folks. Living with this level of disappointment and frustration is a sad way to live. Resist the free smells. Be strong!

Great sandwiches, and the service has steadily improved over previous visits. I don’t know if they replaced the staff, but the workers are more pleasant, responsive, and for the most part get your order correct. The location is convenient and as advertised, they still have free smells and quick service. Way to go JJ!

Super fast service and good food earns Jimmy Johns a coveted spot on my weekday lunch rotation. There’s nothing super fancy or special about this place, but they just seem to do everything well. Lots of different sandwich options to choose from although I keep going back to the number 16. Delivery isn’t a big deal for me as I prefer to get out of my office during lunch. Parking could be a little better as there are a limited amount of spaces available which are shared with other businesses in the complex as well as the 4 – 5 delivery vehicles they have on hand at any given time.
