History

Established in 1998.

Nobody can help you find your way around the local neighbors like an old time resident (since 1968). Current Renton residents, we are putting our children through the same school as I went through. We have far more than a passing interest in the area and consider all our clients new neighbors.

We have been involved in real estate for over 20 years: Commercial and Residential appraising, Mortgage Lending, Property Management and of course, Real Estate Sales.

Together with my husband and partner, Jeremy Hickling, we help people just like you buy and sell homes. We are especially connected to the 50+ group. Lots of transitions at this stage of our lives: downsizing for retirement, kids moving out (or back in), decisions about the family home and our aging parents. We can help you walk through it all with the least amount of trouble. We draw on our years of experience to get you the most of what you want out of all your real estate situations.
