Worst service of any Jamba Juice I’ve ever visited. Over 12 mins to make a wheat grass shot. With only 2 people in front of me! Sooooo sloooooow.

I arrived around 8pm and basically they were out of everything I wanted to order. The service was pretty bad. The guy who took my order was not apologetic at all and kept telling me «you can just replace X with orange juice». Excuse me, since when does Jamba Juice only sell orange juice? There was only one customer before me but I still ended up waiting 10+ minutes.

Love the green and ginger no ginger. Great taste and really filling. Nice customer service can be slow if to packed.

Awful service, I went there around 5pm today, I placed my order by Groupon. They were not very busy when i got in, only 1 people in front of me and 1 behind me, they got their drink and left. I asked about my order, the staff said it is on the way, few people came in and got their drink and left. I asked again and the staff said she can’t do anything about it and asked me to wait, more people came in again and some of them got their drink and left then i asked again, the staff just ignored me… finally my drink came out over 25 mins… good location and super bad service…

This Jamba Juice is always super slow but I go there anyway because it’s convenient being in the Bellevue Square.
Today I ordered Apple juice for my daughter. I have always done this before at this location and other Jamba Juice locations as well. She is 2 and can’t handle cold smoothies yet. The staff member said he didn’t think they could do that but went and conferred with another employee. He then said they can’t make apple juice by itself. I said «you have apples and juicer. You use apple juice in many of your recipes. Why can’t you make a one ingredient juice for me?» He said «it messes up our inventory. Your daughter can order a smoothie or other juice blend.» Seriously! It messes up your inventory?! You can’t make a customer an apple juice… a customer who has ordered this many times before for a child. If my kid wanted a smoothie I would have ordered one. I was willing to pay $ 4.99 for a stinking cup of apple juice. Awful customer service! Good thing Nordstrom is right next door so I could take my children for juice there with employees who are courteous and know what they’re doing. Pathetic that you can’t order something as simple as a cup of apple juice from a place that has Juice in its name. Employees here need to be trained on customer service and maybe some decent thinking skills. And please don’t tell customers their order will mess up your inventory… maybe you just won’t have that problem anymore if you continue to refuse to assist customers who want to order basic items from you.

Worst experience at a Jamba Juice ever! We were celebrating my friends 14 year olds birthday. We did a scavenger hunt so before we left we wanted to get them a jambs juice. And I understand it can be overwhelming when a huge group shows up. I have done costumer service for years. But you do your best. The employees instantly had looks on their faces light this was going to be the worst thing ever. They instantly were rude during ordering. Also we were there before closing. 5 minutes before one of the employees closed the gate. She SLAMMED the gate shut. And was storming around. You could just tell by all their body language and faces they were not happy. Then she made an announcement that if you had your juice to leave. We responded that we were all together. Then the girls got their juice wish was runny not the normal smoothie thickness. Then we finally left and she slammed the gate again behind us. I could not believe she treated paying customers like that. Obviously these teenage employees just wanted to leave for their Saturday night. The worst customer service they need to be fired and learn a lesson.

limited seating & no electrical outlets. no restrooms, but it’s inside the mall. it’s in a more quiet corner of bellevue square, so it’s a nice place if you need quiet IF you sit outside the store. staff is nice, and service is fine.

Hidden away in Bellevue Square you’ll find one of the smallest Jamba Juice locations you’ve ever seen. There isn’t much seating, so hope you’re ready to stand for a bit! The line is usually comparable to a line at Starbucks; it really varies by the time of day and the day of the week. My drinks have never really taken that long; unless I’m making a Jamba run for my co-​workers and order like 10 drinks… But really though, it never really takes long.
The employees have always been very friendly and quick. Sometimes they do stand around, and there are quite a few of them. I’ve always been greeted when I walk through the door by at least a smile or a quick «Hi!»
I always, ALWAYS, order the same thing: Caribbean Passion. It’s my favorite and I refuse to try anything else. Yes, I’m stubborn. I used to get it with a boost, but now they cost $.25 and I am cheap. Speaking of cheap; mall employees get a 10% discount!
Also, for those of you that are lazy that work at the mall, Jamba Juice will deliver! WOO! Make sure you tip well! :)

We were there yesterday (Saturday evening) 6:30, yes, I know it was a busy time, and there were at least 20 people there when we walked in.
After ordering a Tropical Green for 20 minutes, our juice was nowhere. There were at least 6 staff behind the counter, and only one girl was helping customers at the counter, and another girl was seriously making the juice and smoothies. YES, THE REST OF 4 STAFF WERE JUST JOKING AROUND AND HANGING OUT THERE.
We were catching a movie soon, so I asked a staff (who was doing nothing behind the juice-​making station), where our juice was. She said «oh no!» and walked away… another 10 minutes later, our drink was ready.
You get business only because your store is located in a busy mall. Poor customer service and staff, and mediocre drinks.

The only nice thing I can say is that my drink was made right. Other than that I am not a fan of this location. First off, they were not busy and yet not once did anyone acknowledge me or anybody else who came in. I stood at the register for almost a minute before I asked if someone was going to help us. The girl pouring the drinks was hesitant and was almost reluctant to take my order. No hello. No what can I get you. No thank you. My drink comes out last after the 4 people behind me left with their drinks. I asked my why and supposedly the gal in charge snapped stating that they ran out of my drink mix. Honestly, I would be embarrassed by all who was working their. Jamba Juice is a reputable company and if you continue to employ kids who only tailor to their friends, you guys are in trouble. Last note, I left and there was still another line waiting for someone to take their order. Really?!

So nice that there is finally a healthy place at Bellevue Square. Much better than McDonalds, the pizza place, etc. I used to not like Jamba Juice because although I love smoothies, most smoothie places add so much junk to their smoothies that they are no longer healthy. But now Jamba Juice offers healthy options like fresh squeezed veggie/​fruit juices, wheatgrass, and even some healthy food options. It’s great! Staff are friendly and helpful in helping you decide and answering questions. The only thing I can find wrong with this place is that it’s a bit pricey, which makes it tough to come in for a «daily» health fix, but once a week is fine! Thanks for all the healthy options Jamba Juice, keep up the good work!

I had the task of going to Helzberg at this mall to get a new wedding band since my broke. Downer. Seeing a Jamba Juice brightened things a little bit.
While this JJ does not stand out in their preparation of the juices — if you’ve been to one you’ve kind of been to them all. But, my reason for writing a review falls entirely on the staff.
Being allergic to some of the most common fruits really sucks, especially when places like JJ taunt you. I got to the counter and was speaking to Howard to make sure my choice did not have (secret) mangoes in it. It didn’t, but I was impressed by his coworker. I believe her name was Hanna. She overheard that I was allergic and told the staff making drinks to bring out a new blender and be sure to re-​wash it since I had an allergy. Now that is customer service.
My drink was great and I got to fight the hoards of people doing the Christmas shopping.

Generally really busy and there is always a line.
The service is okay and the drinkss are sometimes good sometimes bad.

There’s nothing special about this Jamba Juice (in my opinion). I always find it weird that the locations up here are always in malls. Back home they have more stand alone shops in various outdoor shopping centers and a couple in some malls. I find it not as convenient as the line here every time I’ve passed by has always been long. The wait takes a while and the service is very mediocre.
My drink was not blended very well. There was chunks of ice still in it which in all the times I’ve ever gotten a drink from Jamba Juice (well over 50), that’s never happened. I’m not exaggerating either. We also ordered a flatbread. They handed it to us without a fork or knife and there wasn’t a container with utensils out, just straws.
If I really want something to eat, and I’m near this location I would probably go again, but it’s very unlikely as even the McDonalds at this mall has better service.

A must-​stop if you are in Bellevue Square.
Minus one star for the slowest service EVAR. Why does it take 10 – 15 minutes? I can often run a short errand while my drink is being made.

Located by the Lego Store in Bellevue Square, this is one wonderful Jamba Juice. The staff are friendly, personable, and efficent. They appear to have samples available on a regular basis and on a recent trip I noticed a group of travelers confused on what they wanted to order and the staff member let them know if they wanted a sample to just ask.
I have been here about four times and the wait is never exceedingly long (for the business) and have always had fresh tasting quality products. I really enjoy their new lunch selections, just wish they were a tad bit larger.

This is the most consistent Jamba juice I’ve been to in a while. Anytime I shop at the Square, I stop by Jamba for my peanut butter moo’d fix. On my most recent visit, one of the workers suggested I substitute the bananas with strawberries so I figured what the heck, why not! Great suggestion! It was like a PB&J smoothy and the mix was done very well.
This location is also good about topping off the smoothie (unlike the Alderwood location that tends to leave close to an inch of space up top). Their pastries and baked goods are always fresh and the workers do things right.

Weirdly, there are three Bellevue Jamba Juice locations. But there are none in the main Seattle core. I don’t get it. Do Eastsiders like smoothies more or something? This location is on the first level of Bellevue Square near Red Mango. Though there is one next to Chipotle about a block away.
The mall location is your typical location. It gets busy. Though I notice that Jamba Juice never seems to be a spot where people really stay to enjoy their smoothies. It always seems like a grab and go option. This location is no different.
Typical smoothie menu with numerous variations of the same product. Recently, they have added more of a food menu. Pastries, steel cut oatmeal, salads and wraps are some of the options. But the smoothies seem to be what people mostly buy. They are good.
My favorites are the aloha pineapple, mango a-​go-​go and Caribbean passion drinks. Jamba Juice’s smoothies are a bit calorific but they are a healthier option to those iced coffee beverages made with sugar, sugar and sugar.
