Called Dr. Burt’s office at 9 am with a broken molar and was able to get right in the same day. They took care of my tooth, giving me a temporary crown, took impressions for a permanent crown, and did it all with minimal stress or discomfort to me (and I have had bad dental experiences in the past with other dentists). Before he injects the local anesthetic, Dr. Burt applies a topical anesthetic to the gums so you don’t even feel the needle. I also used the nitrous oxide which helped a lot. Dr. Burt and his staff are the best! Always cheerful, always encouraging, and most importantly, always gentle. From inviting me to kick my shoes off and offering me a fleece throw to applying lip balm before starting a procedure to providing a warm washcloth to freshen up at the end, these folks have your comfort uppermost in mind. I even get to watch a movie through a special visor with earphones while they clean my teeth! They don’t even mind if you laugh at the program you are watching – my favorites are the Frasier episodes which really take my mind off all the noises inside my mouth. I left his office today with a comfortable temp crown and actually looking forward to getting the permanent one because I know it won’t be a big deal.

Tired of dentists who don’t know who you are and staff that only half care? Then try Dr. Burt’s office, they are the extreme opposite. I’ve never encountered such amazing customer service in any medical office — they treat you like royalty. The staff is amazingly friendly, Dr. Burt is knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and stands by his work. This place completely SPOILS you and makes you wonder why you tolerate sub-​standard service at other places. I’ve had many dentists over the years and after 6 – 7 years seeing Dr. Burt, I’m now completely loyal. He’s not the cheapest place in town, but it’s certainly the best customer service I’ve encountered.
