This review is not about Dr. Gan but his rude staff.
Earlier I talked with the lady thr called Julia about 4:30 appointment.
We then booked a 4 – 5 p. m slot for me and my wife.
For some reasons my wife had to cancel out and told her about the same.
I was under the impression that i would fall back to 4:30 slot.
I took half a day leave and was heading for the clinic when this lady told me that your slot of 4 p. m has expired and she has scheduled another patient @ 4:30.
Ridiculous.
I wanted to put this before Dr. Gan himself.
