My fiancé and I are now FIRST TIME HOME OWNERS! All, thanks to Patrick and Leighsa :] We moved up to Seattle from Southern California at the end of April and I am writing this review from our new home! It’s only the end of June! That alone speaks to their willingness to jump right into the hunt and help us find our new home. They made the process seem so easy and were always available to answer any questions we had by phone, text, email, or in person. They made sure to accommodate our schedules for any viewings we were interested in and did plenty of research to find us the best options out there. Not to mention they are friendly and fun to be around which makes the stress of purchasing a home all the easier to handle. Working with Pat & Leighsa was the best decision we made in the entire home buying process. Being first time buyers in an the Seattle market was daunting at first, but the process went seamless and it was even fun! Pat and Leighsa worked day and night (literally) to present us with houses that met our wants and needs and they didn’t waste our time or try to push us into a home that wasn’t right for us. They are as transparent as it gets and had our best interest in mind at all times. If things didn’t go as planned during the process we never knew about it. They kept us from getting stressed or worried and kept us excited, upbeat during the negotiating and the closing process. Whoever said buying a home was stressful, has never met Pat and Leighsa.

I contacted Patrick and Leighsa after a bad experience with another realtor, they were at my house the very same evening to game plan what my wife and I wanted in our new home. We went out the very next day to look at houses. We were trying to decide and heard that the house we liked the most had an offer on it. The next day Patrick and Leighsa called to say that the other offer was not what the seller wanted and we had a chance IF WE WANTED IT. There was no pressure, there was no selling. Just helpful words to lead us were we needed to go. They fought for things we needed after the inspection and within 30 – 40 days of looking at the house we had keys and we’re moving in. I will continue to use these two if we decide to sell or for some reason need another house! Thanks you two.
