I’ve had 3 fantastic experiences here. They have taken care of me when I had a broken fender, a dented door, and a shattered windshield.
Danny is very clear, knowledgeable, and responsive. He understands that you are probably stressed about your car, and he does everything to get you back up and running ASAP. The auto work is also top-​notch.

Had to get my car repaired for a fender bender and couldn’t have had a better experience than I did dealing with Exotic Motors. Mark and Danny kept me in the loop with updates when the car wasn’t ready, and gave me realistic timelines on when I could expect completion. I always knew what was going on. I have a 15 year old Jetta so it’s not a pricey piece of «exotic» motor to say the least but they treated me like a high end customer. VW Jetta’s of this era have a terrible dipstick/“funnel” contraption that broke awhile back which didn’t allow a good seal and caused a leak. I bought the replacement part at VW and brought it back to Exotic and they installed it for me at no charge. Great guys. If I ever have any need for auto repairs this will be the place I go. Of course I hope I see them rarely if at all, but if I need collision repair it is the only place I would take my car. Frankie, the mechanic who installed the dipstick funnel was great too. This place knows how to hire!

I was referred to Exotic Motors CC by my insurance agent after damaging the rear bumper and quarter panel on my F-​150. From my first contact with Danny and for the duration, it was an extremely positive experience. Danny was very clear about the work that would be performed and the cost. Knowing that the bumper had to be replaced, I purchased a custom bumper that I preferred over the original. Exotic agreed to install that bumper in lieu of replacement stock bumper despite the more complicated install.
Additionally, I had requested that the work be completed on a more compressed time frame. Marc, the owner, not only met the time frame but kept me updated during the week about their progress.
Finally, when I arrived to pick up my truck I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also removed a small ding on my tailgate as well as some large scrapes from my front bumper, gratis!
While I hope to not need their services in the future, I highly recommend Exotic Motors Collision Center to anyone needing this type of repair.

This place is great. Customer Service was over the top fantastic! I worked with Marc who was nice, straight to the point, honest, and EXTREMELY helpful!

Danny was my main contact for my Acura being repaired from an accident. He kept in contact with me in every step of the process. Also very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and did his best to get things finished in a timely manner.
The repair was done like a dream, paint looked beautiful, alignment repair was like new, and they even detailed my car!
Needless to say I’d highly recommend exotic motors to everyone, already sent them another friends truck to be repaired!

I brought my 2013 Audi S8 into Exotic for collision repair, had some major front end damage. When I first entered the office I was greeted by Marc Graham, one of the owners. Very friendly guy with cool Scottish accent. He immediately started taking pictures, asking certain questions along the way. I was a bit surprised as I did not expect the owner to be doing the grunt work, I mean this guy was literally on the ground looking under the body, under the fenders, he was doing some pretty serious investigative work. All this and I was not even a customer yet. I went ahead and scheduled the work with Exotic, it was an easy process as they are preferred with all the insurance companies, something i found out was very important. They arranged for a rental car, even dropped me off at the rental car place. They contacted my insurance company, got the claims approved even as my car needed extensive work done including work at the dealership. Exotic handled everything, gave me weekly updates to make sure I was in the loop. Once the car was finished they showed me all the repairs that were done, explained everything in complete detail so I could feel safe driving my car again and knowing that the work done would help me retain value for my car. That was very important to me as my car new was $ 130,000. the last thing I wanted was a shoddy job, and Exotic not only met my expectations they exceeded them. They not only did a great job repairing my car they did a great job making me feel as if I was their only customer. The customer service by Marc and his shop foreman, Danny, was outstanding, impeccable and second to none. I would recommend Exotic to everyone who needs repair work done, and done correctly. My Audi is not an easy car to fix and these guys know their stuff. Cant’ thank them enough for their hard work and perseverance. I wish everyone in business were as reliable and professional as these guys.

The front right of my car was hit in an accident, and luckily didn’t receive any mechanical or frame damage. Due to the location however, it did cause minor damage to various parts, including the hood, bumper, both fenders, etc. This warranted a ton of new parts to be installed and painted.
At first, my insurance company told me that since I didn’t have towing coverage, I would need to cover the charge. Luckily, I spoke with the owner Marc, who informed me that if the car was not safe to drive after the accident, that the tow would generally be covered under my collision coverage (may or may not be the same for every insurance company). As such, Marc fronted the tow to the shop, saving me from naively paying $ 200+
Throughout the entire repair, Danny (great guy who was managing it all) kept me updated every step of the way. Given the various parts that needed to be ordered, and the fact that I had requested OEM only, I was pretty happy with the turnaround time. Paint match was spot on, the install was flawless, and the car looked as good as new.
One other thing to mention: I did notice a small bit of overspray on the roof of my car. I called Danny, and he said to just drop it by on my lunch break. After just 30 savory minutes of stuffing my face at the Burger King down the road, I walked back, picked up the finished car, and drove off. While I only really spoke with Marc and Danny, everyone else I noticed seemed to be very professional dedicated to their trade too.

I scraped my bumper when getting out of a garage. There was no dent, however the scrape mark was severe. I visited Exotic Motors Collision Center to get an estimate this morning. Last weekend, I went an auto repair company in Factoria to get an estimate, and got a quote for $ 70 just for buffering, and $ 600 for painting work. I wanted to find out if Exotic Motors Collision Center can provide me competitive pricing. I met Danny at Exotic Motors Collision Center. He was very friendly and professional from the very beginning. He took a quick peek at the scrape, and told me that he could work on it right away. He used paint thinner to remove the paint off first, then buffered the surface. Within a matter of 5 minutes, the whole scrape was gone and majority of tiny starches disappeared. I was prepared to make an arrangement to drop my car off to get the work done, and willing to pay to get this fixed. Danny not only eliminated the inconvenience of arranging with someone to drop my car off, he fixed my car so quickly without appointment, on the top of all that, he did not charge me a penny. I have no word to describe how amazing my experience was with Exotic Motors Collision Center and I wanted to reciprocate Danny’s generosity by sharing my experience here with Exotic Motors Collision Center. Thank you Danny very much.

Was at Eastlake Autoglass getting glass replaced and noticed Exotic Motors who shares space with them did A/​C service. It was so hot today I finally decided to get my Air Conditioning fixed. It was really convenient to have both services taken care of in one visit. They fixed it really fast, fixed it right, and it works great.

The business owner actually had the chutzpah to ask me to remove my review, stating simply that my accounting of facts did not happen. It appears since he has paid off Unilocal to hide my review warning future customers to hide their valuables from his less than honest staff. Tsk tsk.

The local Cadillac dealership recommended Exotic Motors Collision center for some bumper damage repair. The damage had come from a relocation shipment of the car, therefore the shipping company was going to be paying for the repair work. Not only did Marc help get a good quote, but took care of the direct payment from the shipping company and the bumper looks fantastic. The paint color & gloss matches well with the rest of the car. I could not tell whether the bumper was repaired or was new. Great work!

Here is my experience with Exotic, use your judgement before going there!
My car was towed to Exotic on 10/​10/​2010 when they wrote up an estimate for repairs which went over the value of the vehicle. I was given the option to repair the car, but they strongly encouraged me to total it and get check from insurance. Later I found out one of the shop keepers wanted to get the car.
I chose to repair the car, which had frontal collision (bumper, fender, wheel) damage. I was told that it will take one month. My insurance was providing me with a rental for 30 days. Because repairs were taking longer, I came to the shop to check on the progress. I was told they work on the car in intervals, because it’s not a priority for them and they have other cars to work on. They said they are doing EXTRA WORK, stripping the hood and repainting even though only 1“x1″ corner was damaged in collision.
I got the car back on 11/​19/​2010. The car looked great, hood was spotless! After a week of driving the car started to make a terrible grinding noise when turning and just driving. I took the car back to Exotic. They said it’s NORMAL, they don’t see anything wrong.
I took the car to another shop. After closer investigation, they found a malfunctioning ball joint — an aftermarket part that Exotic put in, probably from some JUNK YARD.
After 3 years, the paint on the front of the hood cracked and peeled. Rust was bubbling and coming up from under the paint. My guess is, because they didn’t treat the hood after stripping it and before painting over. After a couple of attempts to stop by and talk with supervisor, Marc I was able to meet him at the shop. He claimed Exotic didn’t touch the hood, except for the 1“x1″ corner affected in the collision. He disregarded claims that hood was stripped and repainted and didn’t honor Lifetime Warranty that Exotic provides to it’s customers.
Thankfully, the insurance company sent an inspector and performed an investigation. They proved that Exotic didn’t do a quality job, AGAIN.
I strongly advice to AVOID this shop, unless you want to repeatedly take your car to other shops to complete the work that Exotic fails to do.

I know it is «hard to get good help,» but (like others commenting on this business) they stole items out of my car too. I didn’t leave an ipod in it like another customer did, what they did steal was (get this): 4 – 5 bags of doritos/​chips I had in the back of my car and about $ 25 of change I had in the ash tray.
The reality is that the folks who work here are criminals and you leave your car there at your peril. I’m just glad that I only lost $ 30 or so.
Take your car anywhere else! If they need to steal $ 30, then who knows what else they are doing to your car?

Being new to Seattle, I guess my welcome gift was getting hit by a semi on I-​5 in my car that I just made one payment on…
I had no idea where to go and was lost without my San Diego Lincoln Dealer so I went to the nearest Ford Dealer for advice, they told me to go to Exotic, that they do great work.
I walked in and was assisted by Marc, he went right to my car and began the estimating process. After returning to his desk, he went through every part of the repair and necessary component with me. He addressed my concerns about aftermarket parts and assured me that only Genuine Ford Parts would be used on my 2011 Lincoln. The repair was expected to take two weeks and only ended up taking about six days. Throughout the repair process, Marc called me daily to tell me where they were in the process and how things were going.
Nobody ever wants to go through something like this but thankfully I was given good advice and took my car to Exotic, Marc genuinely cared about the situation and addressing all of my concerns, I am very grateful.

Marc is an amazing guy. He has great communication skills to help guide you through the process of understanding what is happening with your car and dealing with insurance companies. I’m glad I took my car here and would highly recommend this place. My car looks like it was never in an accident! The front desk was very accomodating, knowledgeble and helpful. They even helped me with arranging a loaner vehicle and returning it. Now I know why my car salesman personally takes his car here. You’re in good hands when you come here!

I had a gotten rear ended and contacted Exotic Motors to have my rear bumper replaced. I dropped my truck off and they had my bumper replaced and my truck washed by the time I got back from lunch. Fine work!

Body shop I’ve been to ever! Awesome prices and great work my car looked better then when I first bought it when they were done George is the man!

Good service. I got the least quote from them. But after the work one of my headlight was not working, when I went back to them with it they changed it for free.

Great service. Kept me informed. Explained everything to me and the cost was reasonable. It took about 6 days for my car that was banged up to be running and looking great. I don’t want to go back but if I ever did I would go here.

I had a small bumper scratch and didn’t want to up my premium by filing an insurance claim.
These Guys work with you to offer a reasonable quote and the option of going without insurance and paying out of pocket. Brent is courteous and gives you a quote if you are filing a claim. The great thing is that they work on Saturdays.
George was fabulous with my Car. His 30+ years of experience is visible in the quality of workmanship. When I got back my car it was as good as new and George did the job over the weekend so that I could get back to work on Monday!
