I’ve used these guys for several trips over the last few years — usually terrific service.
However a recent trip was not so good. Driver was on time but had clearly smoked his way though half a pack while he waited for us. Not inside the car of course — but it still makes the car smell bad. He sent 2 text messages while we were driving and was clearly in a rush all the way to the airport even though we had plenty of time. He tailgated most of the way down the HOV lane. It felt very unsafe
Thankfully our return driver was back to the normal standard and we have used them again since.
So guys I suggest you talk to your drivers about bad habits and distracted driving. If this had been our first time with you we would have never come back
(and yes I am writing about the correct company)

I have been using Eastside for just over 1 year now, mainly for SeaTac pickup and dropoff. The service is great, courteous and 100% on time. Serge always there to answer phone calls. Yesterday, my driver Victor even carried my heavy luggages into my house. Very much appreciated and will recommend their service highly.

I would not recommend them, they’re thieves. The driver asked me what percentage tip I wanted to give and I said 10% on a $ 60 bill. When I went to sign it he gave himself a $ 10 tip. I told him 10% of $ 60 is $ 6 not $ 10. He said he can’t change it or give me my $ 4 back and he thought I said $ 10. I said you asked me the percentage not the amount and then he said well it should be 20%, what’s $ 4. I said it’s the principal of the matter. Very rude and unprofessional arguing with me. It was a 20 minute ride to the airport and he just put in and took out my 2 luggages; not worth $ 10. Plus the his driving was scary I thought we were going to get into a few accidents. STAY AWAY they’re a bunch of thieves. If I could give no stars I would.

Driver came in wrong car.
Didn’t know where I was going.
Got me off of two phone calls to ask me questions about billing.
Filled out the billing form driving 65mph and weaving.

I used ETCL to go to the SeaTac from Kirkland and then home again two weeks later. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the pricing procedure on the return trip seemed a little deceptive. Otherwise, the entire experience was pleasant and professional. Both drivers (Dennis, Eric) were friendly, prompt, and courteous. Both cars were clean and comfortable. They got me where I needed to go on time and in comfort with out much anxiety or hassle from the online quote/reservation system to the emailed confirmations and phone call conversations.
So, the problem I had with the price was that I asked for a quote for my return trip and was told it would be the same as the outgoing trip which was $ 60. In the email confirmation, it listed $ 60 as the price and included a 20% gratuity for $ 72 total. I am a good tipper but reserve the right to wait and see what kind of service I get before deciding on my gratuity amount, but I was fine with the quote. When I got home and it was time to pay, Eric took my credit card and ran it. The receipt he gave me to sign only had the $ 72 amount listed on it – it said nothing about gratuity being included. AND the receipt included another line for «tip» below the $ 72. So, if I hadn’t asked for the quote, I would have tipped again on top of the built-in gratuity. I asked Eric if the tip was already included in the $ 72 and he said yes at least. So I put nothing in the «tip» line and signed the receipt. His service had been good enough so I had no qualms about giving the 20% tip. BUT I guess my problem is that when having a built-in gratuity, it’s not a gratuity, it’s just the company’s rate. And showing that a tip has already been included on the receipt is important if it really is supposed to be a gratuity otherwise the passenger feels like a schmuck for not adding any or is being swindled if they do. Anyway… it wouldn’t stop me from hiring them again.

First time I used them and will use them again. On the way to the airport the driver was actually early .He was pleasant and professional. I made a reservation for the return trip while being dropped off
When I turned on my phone after an 14 hour flight it was reassuring to have a message from them confirming my pickup
When i got to baggage claim I rang them up and they were there promptly since they were waiting in the cell phone lot for my call
Cheaper than a taxi (for me) and reliable-what’s not to like?

Clowns — they never showed up for my pick up. When I called them at the pick up time they said their driver was 30+ minutes away. Moments after that, the driver called me with an attitude and said «do you want to wait or what?». Based on this horrible experience and not making my flight I would not recommend them.
