Drones Plus

From the moment I walked in Shawn was there to greet me and provided me with the most excellent service. I come from a service industry background so can absolutely appreciate when I am being well taken care of. I was having issues with my inspire 1 and they helped me so quickly and promptly I don’t imagine going anywhere else in the future for help with my quads. We had excellent conversation and I will remember this experience for sure. Thanks guys!

I was looking to buy a drone and I’ve seen this store in the neighborhood. I contacted them to see if they had a certain drone I was looking for and they told me they had exactly what I needed. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he put my name on the box and I could come pick it up. The next day when I arrive they tell me that the drone isn’t their and tried to sell me a more expensive one. I was completely lied to so I can come in to the store and buy something double the price. That’s not a good way to handle business.

Great service. Fast and cheap. Did a great job fixing our drone and taking us how to usee it.

As with HQ Drones Plus in Vegas (see my review in Vegas), these guys had excellent customer service and were super helpful. Marcus did a great job showing me the Inspire1 Pro which will be my next purchase (either that or the S1000+ since I bought the DJI Ronin-​M and learned from Marcus that I can attach that gimbal to the S1000+ with slight modifications).
You guys rock as always!

Love this guys man… They rock. My drone to my knowledge was destroyed! Took it to drones plus and I swear it’s like brand new again! I feel better about flying my drone now. As I know if I crash it again, I got a place that will take care of it!

Great place to learn about drones and all the capabilities. Definitely going to go to Drones Plus when I decide to take the plung.

If you’re looking to purchase a drone in the near future, don’t look anywhere else and just go to Drones Plus. TRUST ME. The experience is worth it.
I can’t say enough good things about the guys at Drones Plus. There are a plethora of places where you can find a drone or model aircraft to go out and have some fun, but the difference here is the customer service.
I originally ordered my first DJI Inspire 1 from another retailer, but after a nightmarish experience, I returned that one and looked to Drones Plus for help. I first looked at Drones Plus in Portland (Beaverton area), as that’s where I live, but they were out of stock. I called James in Bellevue and he not only had everything I needed, but agreed to hold one for me as I drove up from Portland (these things sell fast!)
Once I got there, James, Shawn and the entire team went above and beyond to make SURE that I felt comfortable getting started, walked me through the setup, the controls, the safety checklists and more. Even weeks after the purchase, I’ve called back with questions and they’ve always been generous with their time and answers.
So, I implore you, the options can be overwhelming, but you’re going to get the best experience at Drones Plus. Have fun flying.

I thought my DJI Phantom 3 was toast. These guys took it and made it new again, replacing several of its engines. Only took a day and a bit of cash money for them to handle it. Good customer service all around.
Only feedback: They seem to be ridiculously busy all the time, so it may take awhile for them to get to you. Interest in drones is super high and there always seems to be a lot of foot traffic in store. Take it as a good sign, though.

Drones Plus is phenomenal. I had a gimbal related issue for my DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ and they resolved and repaired it with 24 hours for a very reasonable repair rate.
I had a brief telephone consultation and explained the issue. They were courteous and professional and agreed to look at it – 24 hours later my drone was back in action. The two gentlemen in the shop were both gracious and helpful in assessment, troubleshooting, and explanation.
The time/​value and service from Drones Plus confirms that I’ll be back to them for any other purchase or service in the future. I also observed other customers in the shop that seemed to share the same sentiment.

They came through for me and got me a drone that I really enjoy.

These guys went above and beyond the normal drone repair service. Knowledgable and determined to repair my drone in a timely manner. Shaun even drove to Woodenville for a part. So nice to have them closer than Las Vegas for my future Drone repairs. You guys rock. I do appreciate the five star customer service. You guys will do well. Hope to see you soon… But not too soon.

Awesome. Super friendly staff that right away help you out, let you know if they are busy or anything. Extremely good knowledge about drones from the tiny $ 30 starters to the high end custom platforms. They are quick to help you find anything you need for youe drone. Very clean and organised store, an OCD persons wet dream. Can’t wait till I have a good grand to drop onto a nicer drone :3

These guys bent over backwards to assist us in our time of need. We needed a DJI Inspire, but happened to be in the Portland area. They got us what we needed and even drove it down for us so we could head out on a shoot the following day. Talk about «above and beyond service». We highly recommend using these guys for all your drone needs!

These guys were really great when it cam to helping me with my DJI Inspire 1. I had purchased my drone from the Drone Plus store in Beaverton, OR. I had some problems within my 7 day window with the craft but the guys in Bellevue helped me get it sorted out. I highly recommend them to new drone pilots. The really went out of their way to help me. DJI has been a leader in bringing ready to fly drones to the market. Drones Plus is a relatively new to the ever growing market in Drones. They offer great friendly service although currently they do have a limited product line. DJI products are in high demand all over the world. I’m sure the product line will grow along with the market and inventory from suppliers

I’ve been looking for a DJI phantom 3 for quite sometime now. I know I can order one online, but I hate going through the hassle of online shopping and not having someone able to help me with a problem whenever I need, so I sought out a retail store. Most hobby shops don’t carry DJI products and tried to over sell me on something I didn’t want, so off to craigslist I went. I found a posting for a new drones store in downtown Bellevue and low and behold, they had Phantom 3’s! I went down right away and the guys at the shop informed me that they sold out of their last one! I couldn’t be upset at the guys, so I gave them my number and told them to give me a call when their next shipment arrived. Not even a week later I got a call from Chris, the store manager, and he told me my phantom 3 had been set aside and was waiting for me. When I got there to pick it up the guys help me set it up
and get is flying and let me say I’m so glad I waited. It flies so much smoother than other drones and the camera is AMAZING. I’m so impressed with my drone and their customer service. The best part is, they even have a service counter where they will help you fix your drone when any sort of accident happens. Thanks guys!

Bought my phantom 3 here today. Customer service is good and was able to test fly the 2.

Great staff, customer service was excellent, they stayed late to fix my dji drone and did a great job and very well priced, they recommended me some additional gear and gave me tips on flying and taking pictures, store is clean and showcases are great, you can get hands on the product and make your best choice before you buy.

As I began my happy search for the best drone available to help me with my business. I decided to make the drive to Washington for a bigger selection of drones! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived there was a full staff just as excited about me making the drive as I was. Chris was friendly and really rolled out the red carpet for me. Made me feel like I was the only person to ever buy a drone. Chris made it easy! He went over the equipment thoroughly and within minutes I was basically finally flying the drone in which I purchased before I left. I was relieved that the process wasn’t complex, that he knew the answers to my questions, and he made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about spending ubers of cash! Im going to use my Drone which I named Eddie to Periscope my workouts! I’m pretty pumped!
