I would like to take this time and give Mona Renner at Coldwell Bain a top notch 5 star review because she deserves it and I have only just begun working with her in the early stages of prep work before placing my house on the market. I can tell you not knowing her but feeling from my heart she is 100% trust worthy for sure. She came recommended to me by my sister Debbie St. Marie with very high regards about Mona and I have to admit my sister was exactly right on.
Mona is very professional, extremely knowledgeable in what she does, so thorough, very prompt in responses, and communicates honestly with recommendations in order to prep my house. She also has provided me with so many great references for roof contractors, inspectors and city ordinance/permit contact information too.

I had the pleasure of working with the Coldwell Banker Bain Bellevue office in the midst of my divorce. Everyone I came in contact with was a true professional. Never minimizing or dismissing my experience, concerns or worries.
I was fortunate to be teamed up with David and Patricia Wangsness and was OVER the top impressed by the clear communication and professionalism they both displayed at every single turn.
If one was not immediately available — the other was there for all my questions — and always made me feel comfortable during the process.
I can’t recommend this office or this dynamic duo enough for any of your real estate needs!

I was referred to Coldwell Banker by the veteran’s group USAA. The CB office that works with veterans is CB Bain in Bellevue, WA, and they in turn assigned me to David Wangsness.
Unfortunately, he was not a very forthcoming individual for information when I would request it during my purchase. He told me that I was questioning his professionalism and that being forthcoming with information was not his practice. He would get annoyed and sigh audibly, and
I would feel very uncomfortable talking with him. Basically, he only updated me when he wanted to, and ignored or avoided me the rest of the times.
I requested that USAA remove him from their referral list, and I was then assigned to his manager, who was very nice.
I do not recommend him as your realtor if you want someone who you can communicate well with, because even if he may start out pleasantly, you’ll find out soon enough that he won’t provide that for you. USAA refers to Century 21 in Lynnwood as well and I recommend them first.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought my house through agent Lynda Tate back in 2011. She was inexperienced with her profession. After closing, she got paid and ending all communication regarding this transaction. Later, I discovered there was a lean on my house, which I am now responsible for paying. I tried to email her several times regarding this, and she would constantly avoid my emails. I also tried calling her on the phone and I was practically hung up on. Because of her inexperience and carelessness, I now am responsible to pay the lien on my home which should have been taking care of at closing.
There has been no positive reviews for this company. Do your research and find a loyal real estate agent with high reviews and great customer service. This company is not that one. TRUST ME, work with a different company. You will thank me later.

So now have had time to go back and review all the facts.
Not interested in being in another petty pissing match with this agent, Fiona Westby.
After she has tried to convince herself that I’m upset because I didn’t get the house (though I’ve explain why she Is getting a bad review on FIVE separate occasions, having absolutely NOTHING to do with the house), I’m done.
Here’s the basic deal, she has horrible communication and customer service skills. And by looking at other reviews I’m not the only one having issues with this firm.

I sold a home with Susan Lemaire of Coldwell Banker Bain. I had the worst experience I have ever heard of with her. Ranging from the fact that she kept vital information from us, which almost cost us the sale of our house and more, to ridiculing us. Ping me for details. I left a message for her manager when I wanted to pass along feedback and never got a call back. They made a heap of money off me this time, but not the next time I buy and sell.
A reviewer added a correction that Susan is a Windermere agent. She is now, but at the time was with CBB, as was her manager for whom I left a message asking to talk about my experience, yet received no return call.
