After reading a poor review of Cliff’s office I felt that it was NECESSARY to comment on my experience with this office. The girls in the office are professional and top notch. Everytime I call the office I hear a cheerful and a pleasant staff member. Where can you call an insurance company and get a live person? Cliff’s office is the answer to this! All my questions regarding insurance are answered and I feel safe to know I have that «Good Neighbor Service.»
Cliff has been an agent for a long time and super nice and helpful. Any one looking for insurance should call this office. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been insured with State Farm for the past 22 years and I have had a couple of Agents from Illinois, Arizona, and now Washington. Cliff has been by far the most helpful and honest.
I feel comfortable spending my money and using an Agent that actually cares about his customers and not how many products he can get out of them.
I would definately recommend using Cliff for you insurance business!

Here is the question of the day and the 1^st person to answer correctly get’s exactly what you would expect from an insurance company, NOTHING! Short of about a 4 – 5 year departure, I have been with this office since 1986. Matter of fact Cliff’s father was my 1^st insurance agent. Long before the movies, I was fast and furious and in hindsight, I can see why my father was hesitant for a turbo mustang to be my 1^st vehicle.
Everybody know that you pay a lot for insurance and for me the irony is no one is in business to lose money, so when you see all the commercials, billboards professional sport sponsorships and offices on every corner with a Starbucks, it becomes apparent that just like banks sprouting up in the midst of the nations worst economic crisis, Insurance companies are generating revenue. You would think with this success you would be afraid to open a claim, consult with your agent or expect your“Good Neighbor” to stand next to you like the advocate they claim to be when you find yourself at/​in a loss.
My philosophy about service is simple, «You do everything you can, then explain the rest». I was a victim of road rage more than two months ago. Should have been cut and dry Bo and Luke Duke were in he wrong and cited for their poor choice in driving style. The claim has however been stalled because the driver that struck me was a State Farm driver.
In a thinking mans world, State Farm knows one way or another they are going to pay, so to provide the same level of service that their non stop advertising campaign promotes, they spring into action and reassure you that the thousands of dollars you spend annually are not being paid into another insurance scam.
Here is where the rubber meets the road. Cliff isn’t most likely visible in 90% of the State Farm Org charts and even though I’m sure he wields more power than he would like his client to know, it’s man verses machine. Where I become concerned is my calls and letter have gone unanswered and after a long time relationship, I thought there should have been far more conversation about what to expect, what to do and how I can be helped.
At the end of the day you realize with Insurance agents, you needs lawyers and the famous State Farm Jingle is just a jingle and Barry Manillow is a songwriter and not an underwriter.
Could not be more disappointed with the overall experience.
