«I’m an expert on Chuck E Cheese. Because I have been to it multiple times. My opinion is Chucky E Cheese is the best place in the world. First, you can get toys. You play games to get tickets from the game. If you get enough tickets you can get a prize. For example, some toys are cars, stickers, and more. Second, some of the games are gun games, fish games, and more. Also, you can have your birthday there. If you have your birthday there, they have yummy pizza, and you get to see Chuck E Cheese. That is why Chuck E Cheese is the best place in the world. If you want to have a birthday somewhere you should come to Chuck E Cheese.» — Connor, 7 Years Old

Pretty good and standard for a Chuck E Cheese. Don’t expect the most games from it but there’s some variety. 100 tokens for $ 20 not bad to be honest.

Okay, the pizza is good, but the animatronics are creepy! I really love the pizza, it tastes amazing! I like the arcade machines too, but there’s one I think they should DEFINITELY get. It’s called a Motion Ride, and it has a video, like I went on one and chose the house of superstition. And you sit in a seat, and when the cart got hit by a snake, the seat had motion, like if I was in the cart. So that’s something I want them to add. and now for the animatronics. I probably just think they’re creepy because I play the game Five Nights at Freddy’s. But they are SUPER creepy. I was sitting at a table, and the duck animatronic(the creepiest of them ALL!!) just kept on staring at me! And I was just like COMPLETELYTERRIFIED!!! And the«giant hamster tubes» on the ceiling make me claustrophobic just by looking at em’. So this is a good restaurant to eat pizza and play arcade machines. Also, every half hour, Chuck E Cheese himself comes out with free tickets. The tickets are from the machines, when you win a game. And if you have enough, at the end you can turn in your tickets at a prize counter. All the prizes are purchasable too. So that’s why I give it 3 stars.

The games are fun but the food is OK and overpriced for being just alright. At least there is a salad bar, and I see that there is beer and wine on the menu. Must be to tune out all the screaming children?

Chuck E. Cheese’s is a great place to bring your family. No matter if you are young or old, this place is for you. They may not have the best pizza, or the best salad bar, but hey, thats the fun of going to an arcade. Does not fail to have fun and entertaining games, great birthday service, and a good stage show to watch while you eat that good ol’ greasy pizza. 10⁄10 would take a family to CEC, any day.

I know they are cliché, but my kids always have a blast at Chuck E Cheese. And it is one of the few things I can do that please both of them considering their gender and age differences. Not only that but it is a fairly cheap diversion too and perfect for rainy weather. I love the location of this one! I am new to the area and my jaw just dropped seeing the diversity of restaurants and amenities around it. I love ethnic food and I was in food heaven. But I had already eaten lunch so the food will have to wait until next time. It is well located right off the 520 so an easy drive during the middle of the day when there is no rush hour traffic.

It still has the skeeball I remember from my youth but also lots of other pretty cool games, all games are one token. This is a major fun outing for the kids, they always request a trip there on their birthdays! We skip the(what appears to be expensive mediocre) food and spend 20 bucks on tokens and they go nuts for like 2 hours. We did an actual bday party there once and all the kids had a blast. It’s clean enough and the people that work there are consistently friendly.

I view Chuck E Cheese as a place for my son and his friends to enjoy a fun play date during bad weather. The games are fun, facilities are clean, good focus on safety(they have someone monitoring the door to avoid kids being taken or just leaving the facility without a parent) and reasonable bargains for games. The service is excellent. The staff is constantly moving, asking guests questions to ensure they are comfortable and to accommodate them, etc. Great service. My only complaint is the food options are limited and the food quality is less than ideal. Salad bar has poor choices. But hey — it is Chuck E Cheese and the food is NOT the main attraction so I deal with it. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Hats off to management at Bellevue location. All staff are fully invested in their jobs and are polite and hard-working. Young staff but disciplined and appreciate their jobs. If I could offer any advice, make it an option to buy healthy snacks such as cliff bars, crackers, etc.

I took my kids to Chuck E Cheese on a weekday afternoon, and I found the service to be excellent. Of course, it may be a different story on a rainy Saturday afternoon. This Chuck E Cheese was very clean, and the people working there went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. From the greeter who stamped our arms, to the person taking our order, to the server bringing food to our table, to the manager who stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. The pizza we got was thin and crispy with a garlic crust, and it was much better tasting than I remembered. Unfortunately, the size of the Chuck E Cheese location is small, so there are not many games/rides. Also, some of the games were broken, so my kids played them and didn’t get tickets out of them(doesn’t bother me, but they were bummed).

Clean and a good variety of games. My nieces, 4 and 8 years old, loved it. $ 20 of tokens bought us about 1 ½ of play time. Good outing for us.

Well I haven’t been here in almost a decade. And still I amazed how fun it can be. I took my nephews here and I ended up having more fun then they did. It only get 4 stars because of there was no ball pit. But the employees there were very nice. And the games were updated and fun. Child good memories all over again.

Sorry but I’m just not a fan. I grew up going to CEC and loved going there but I really liked playing video games as a kid. These days it seems like CEC is just focused on skee ball, tickets, and redeeming your tickets for random trinkets. That part never appealed to me so when their video game selection sucks, there’s nothing for me to do. The pizza is poor… it’s borderline edible.

It has been exactly 14 years since my last visit to Chuck E Cheese. I swore, never again, thank GOD my kids are in college — it is worth $ 40k per year NOT to have to go to Chuck E Cheese’s again! So my sister calls, can I watch a 10 year old and 3 year old for the day. You mean, like, the entire day? Until 10PM? What kind of day is that? So after a movie, a park, two packs of movie candy, popcorn, and a 64 ounce soda, I figure I might as well see just how riled up I can get them before they are returned to their unsuspecting parents. Next stop, Chuck E Cheese! And yes, they got my order wrong. And it was crowded, noisy, and understaffed, like all Chuck E’s. But you know what? The hardest working manager in the business made it right, and brought us new food. The pizza has certainly changed, and dare I say it, while not quite Zaw-level, was pretty darn good. The kids got crazy, and several thousand tickets later(and more importantly, 9:30PM), they walked, I mean, ran, out of there with a brand new slinky, vampire teeth, little plastic frogs and even more candy. This place serves a purpose, the pizza has gotten better, food prices are not bad at all, I feel safe with the kids there and not completely hovering over them, and I can even have a beer for a couple bucks. Not to mention they are super supportive of charity, giving up to 15% of daily sales to non-profits focused on children. And did I say the manager at this location is easily the hardest working guy in the biz? When you talk about managers being willing to pitch in, this guy does it all. Almost looking forward to next time I get to babysit the niece and nephew — but somehow I think it might be a few months…

It’s not bad. It pretty much is like every other Chuck E Cheese we’ve ever been to. I’m not sure what people are expecting of these places. Avoid the crowds and go play when they open in the morning. Get coupons online by joining their email list or check the newspaper. Great value

Cute location, a little small and some of the games were not working but its in a nicer neighborhood and its well kept. Low staffed, so hard to find someone when we needed tickets from a game so we just passed on and forgot about it, too much of a hassle to look for someone. But for some reason, all chuck e cheeses are always understaffed. But I love that they match numbers on your hands to your child, AWESOME safety procedure! Cheap fun little place to bring your kids!

My niece had he family birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese and we were all looking forward to it. Surprisingly, the place looked a lot better than I remembered it from going there during high school. The place seems very clean and they offer a acceptable level of sanitation, including lots of hand sanitizer. Their menu is a bit expensive, as you pay tokens, etc. in addition to food, but they offer great discounts online. They even have rewards programs to use as incentives for your children to do reading and chores! On the plus side, they offer wine for 2.99 and beer for 2.99÷3.99. They also offer gluten free pizza and cupcakes. Being gluten free, I actually thought the pizza was great and they cook it separately in a wrapping. The downside, some of the plasticy material fell into my pizza. Chuck E. Cheese was great and offered some free tickets, but the kids there were beasts! It’s incredible how some people can simply not watch there children or monitor their behavior. If you have a younger age child, you should know that there aren’t too many activities geared towards them. The vast majority are for ‘older kids’ or adults who are ‘supervising’. Also, if you play some of the older age games, they are a bit cheaper than a traditional arcade at .25 cents a pop.

My daughter asked for her birthday here. I was so skeptical because I read so many bad reviews. I really tried to fuss and be pessimistic over the complaints of their food. Although, they have 2 sandwich platters that are a DELICIOUSRIPOFF! I should have ordered more, as they say they serve more than they do. We had 15 kids and the platter says it fed 8 but it fed 3 – 4. Because it is only 3 sandwiches cut up. Maybe it will feed 8 children. Very expensive at $ 6.00 Per Adult Guest. By far the best food there. Seriously, they expect me to pay $ 60.00 to feed the 15 adults? The pizza is not that bad. Just wish they offered vegetables on the pizza. Why not have green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives? Or have pineapple and ham. I was surprised to hear the wings come frozen to them with hot sauce on top. So if your child likes wings with bones but not spicy, no option for you. And if you don’t want to feed your child chemically separated chicken nuggets, there is no alternative. And they need to have more drink options. Alternatives to Soda. Minutemaid lemonade is not an alternative. Neither is artificial sugar or artificial colorings. How about a V8 Fusion or 100% juice products? Not just an expensive small bottle but something that all the children can drink. They let us bring our Fantastic Cake from Hoffman’s Fine Pastries. Wow that Strawberry Genoise is perfect. But of course the party is what the kids want. Running around playing games, having fun. Rather than hand out cheesy grab bags, the kids go earn their grab bags with games. The show was fun and my daughter enjoyed it. Interesting thing is she was less aware of who was there or not there, and enjoyed the party itself more. Some parents boycott this place so that is disappointing when your guests say no. Especially rude after we attended their child’s party and gave an awesome gift earlier in the year. At first my daughter was sad, but I think she forgot that during the party. Chuck E Cheese should do more PR about how they DO have Hand Sanitizers throughout the building. That they have a menu of a variety of things and continue to add to that. Work on the negative feedback and make it a better experience for all.

I should of known better than suggesting chuckies was a good place to go on a Saturday night with a 2 and 3 year old. 1st issue~ small building way to many people. 2nd issue~ We get our tokens and there aren’t very many toddler friendly games, most games are to high for them to actually see and others are to advanced, ohh and other people’s rotton lil munchikins were trying to steal our tickets and were climbing on us while we were playing. Where are their Parents? Yes your kids can’t leave but really something can still happen. Later I saw the same lil brat standing on the game where you roll the balls up the ramp into the slots at the end, this kid was throwing the balls all over and jumping on the machine. Its parents of kids like this who should of never concieved. This explains why half the games are broken. Moving on at least the kids still had fun, which is the most important thing. But next time we aren’t coming on the weekend. I came before on a Thursday morning and my son only had to deal with three other kids. That was an enjoyable visit which is why I rated 2 stars.

Uh, wow. I didn’t hate it. I can’t explain this, perhaps I was drugged? No, I think it’s that they have the formula down so much better here than my previous(horrific) CEC experiences. There are a bazillion games to play, some spittin’ tickets(the one where you pull down the lever and the thing spins around like a Price is Right wheel spits the most we found) some taking low quality but super fun pictures and printing them while you wait. A ceiling mounted maze like at McD’s and others that expend their energy or just amp them up with some weird games that are too complicated for my 5 year old. The pizzas served were okay, nothing I’d go order if I wasn’t there, but not bad. The party(from costing it online) looks like it was about $ 130 for 10 kids. Pretty awesome deal as it includes 20 tokens per kid and the birthday kiddo gets to hit the ‘ticket blaster.’ It was scheduled for 2 hours and we were there 2.5 and while we were both ready to go, everyone had a really good time and it was(gulp) fun. Best of all? The animatronic ‘show’ for the birthday kids mostly was about 40% of the volume of every other CEC’s that I’ve been to. Okay, maybe that wasn’t the best, maybe it was the fact that there is no alcohol served here like other locations, because no matter how you may FEEL like you need a drink, HOWCREEPYISDRINKINGATCEC? Either way, I fear the birthday invite from this location no more. It wasn’t a bad way to spend the afternoon with the kiddo, I admit it, no matter how many cool points I lose.
