Blue Spring Chiropractic clinic was founded in 2001 by Dr. Steve Baek in Lakewood, WA. The second location in Federal Way was established in 2011. Most recently, in 2013, our newest location was established in Bellevue, WA.

Dr. Steve Baek graduated from the Southern California University of Health Science with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Baek is a member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association and the Foundation for Wellness Professionals. He has been involved in the chiropractic world for over 15 years. Dr. Baek specializes in overall wellness care and personal injury care. He enjoys playing and listening to music in his free time. Dr. Baek is married with four children and a family dog.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors who do the adjustments really know what they are doing and know exactly how to realign your spine. I have also gotten the laser therapy which really helped speed up the healing process. The massage therapist was also great at finding the knots in my muscles and working them out. I love going to this facility it has a peaceful, warm and inviting atmosphere.

My wife had a severe neck and shoulder pain and Dr. Back fixed it with a couple of his treatments. I also had a chronic pain in my back and found out that it might be related to my prolonged ill-​posture in my chair during work and could setup a treatment plan that I followed in the next couple of months. Now, after all the treatments, I feel new and I learned how to manage myself to sustain my body throughout my life in order to enjoy it.
The staff is also very nice and I felt like I was really well treated there. This place has a few massage therapists and Sonya is phenomenal. Her service is on the pricier side but it’s worth every cent.

This is literally the best chiropractic facility ever !!!
I’ve been into a car accident in oct.25. 2014.
The entire staff was great and extremely friendly. The location is very easy to find. Everything was clean as well. I saw Dr. Baek and he is best chiropractor. He is so awesome and he actually cares about his patients a lot. He asked lots of questions to find the root of the problem and gave me movements to do to see where I needed treatment. Dr. Baek and Sonia gave me a very detailed explanation about what was causing my pain and why. They have a detailed plan on how to alleviate pain first and then work on correction. Dr. Baek is the only chiropractor to do deep tissue treatment like as laser treatment because of that my lower got better. With the deep tissue treatment I felt like a brand new person. I always had a shooting pain on my back, however it’s gone now and I got inch taller too. YES!
Emily and Jenna are the best chiropractic assistants ever. They are super super super super nice and friendly. I love how they treat you very personally, and want to get to know you as an individual. They called me every morning to remind my schedules and I truly appreciate all those checkups.
Overall, I have highly recommended Dr. Baek & Sonia (she is doing a hell of job on massage). Jenna is a sweet and caring person and made me feel very comfortable and relax.
I am so grateful for finding such educated doctor!

I’ve been going to Blue Spring Chiropractic since October after I got into a car accident. My overall experience of this place is five stars! Dr. Baek is super professional! He explained so thoroughly about my body condition before starting my treatment. And as my adjustment treatment in process, he would update and share what is going well and what is not. It really makes me feel like I am getting the right treatment that I needed. I will also have to mention their awesome staff members incluing Emily, Jenna, and Julie. Addition to their consistent friendly service, they help me make sure that I was using the right forms for my accident case. Lastly, I really appreciate Sonya, the massage therapist. She tries to perform the massage according my current body condition. I love how she give me tips to better my health too :)

Love this place! I went in with a really bad back ache and expected to just get an adjustment but the staff and doctor went above and beyond. Not only did they take my blood pressure but the doctor spent a ½ hour talking to me about my health and how I can do different things to take care of myself. I have gone 3 times now and they always take great care of me. I appreciate that they care about my overall health and not just want to pop my back!
