Dr. Chang and his support staff were personable and professional throughout the appointment. I received all the preparatory information via email before my appointment, so I felt mentally ready for the procedure. Dr. Chang took time to answer all of my questions as well as provide his own independent assessment of my condition, which I found really beneficial to be able to compare his opinion to the referring physician’s. He also uses X-​ray imaging to help guide the needle, which was reassuring. If I ever need another cortisone injection, I will definitely go back to Dr. Chang.

This was my first visit. I had a couple bad experiences with another doctor. Dr. Chang was approachable and very clear as to what was going to happen to me. The rest of the staff were amazingly nice and friendly, this may be too much information but it is nice to have a warm, super clean gown free of old blood stains. The option of sedation was great and it made a great difference in the way I felt afterwards. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been to Dr Chang twice now for two injections, almost exactly a year apart. He is fantastic. His staff is excellent and friendly. My first injection I was able to get in within two days of a referral. My injection this morning I was able to pick to meet my scheduling needs. I always use the sedation to help me relax, and the procedure is over before you know it! The surgical suite is very nice and clean, yet not cold like an OR room. Dr Chang explains the procedure to you before hand and allows you to ask any questions. The recovery area is comfortable and they have you drink some water and eat some crackers prior to leaving to make sure you are feeling ok. Overall, I would not go anywhere else. They are the best!
