If I could give zero stars for this place I would. $ 27 for shellac manicure is way overpriced and their posted pricing sign says $ 15 for the shellac and $ 12 for the manicure, ridiculous if you ask me. The paint job was subpar at best she got the shellac all over my skin. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. I’ve had better shellac manicures at hole in the wall places. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Received the worst paint job I’ve ever gotten here — it was awful, I had nail polish all over my fingers.

Best pedicures in town. They really take their time and give lots of effort to your feet. No rushing. Very precise! Only place I trust to give me the best pedicures. That’s what sets them apart from the rest! Good job Andy Nails!

My shellac manicure was mediocre at best. And it was pretty over priced. This place is usually consistently decent, sometimes a bit better depending on who does your nails. Im just not happy about this visit and I probably won’t be back unless it’s a dire emergency. (Which today kind of was)

I went there because it was close to my house, I did pedicure, which I liked, women that did it was nice. And I wanted to relax, so I went for manicure as well. Was a little less satisfying, since I had to ask to file my nail, lady didn’t bother to do so. My manicure did different girl. Overall it’s good and cheap. Probably low price is the attractive factor of this place.

They are always super quick and have great service. My regular manicure lasts a full two weeks, and I pay half as much as I did from the last salon I went to!

I am a picky person when it comes to my nails, and had to recently find a new shop as my nails kept breaking after a few days of getting filled from my old shop of 5 years. This salon exceeded all expectations! The owner and his wife do an amazing job. I like a point, Red nail. He does exceptional work!

good:
– Andy was able to get me within 40 mins after I called. my appointment started on time.
– from observing how Andy and older woman were doing nails to other clients felt like they put lots of effort and result were awesome (guess: maybe this is where good reviews are coming from)
bad:
– my mani and pedi were completed in 20 mins (pedi was even faster than mani) by 2 middle age women
– As a result the quality is below average (see pics)
– my previous toe polish (red) wasn’t properly removed I noted that after they completed pedicure with 2 layers of new polish. polishing was redone
– I asked for clear coat and its started peeling off after 10hr

Andy is amazing! Always does my nails perfectly and can schedule me in at the last second. I get my acrylics filled here regularly and have had pedicures here before. The staff is always courteous and learned my name after I came in a few times. Andy usually does my fill but I have also been given a fill by the other employees, all of which have been great. This place is very clean and put together. They are frequently busy, so make sure to schedule an appointment before coming in!

$ 12 for a manicure is a pretty good deal. However, my nails were already chipped after 5 days.
Pretty decent ambiance too. However, many of the manicure’s i’ve gotten here in Greater Seattle have been less than 1 hour. Is that normal? Prior to moving from LA, my manicure would usually take at least 1 hour and they would do a great job of cleaning, massaging, etc.

Wow! I found this place on Unilocal and I must say I was impressed. I called hoping to get in for a full set and gel pedicure and they were able to squeeze me in that day. Best part– I arrived 10min early and Andy was ready for me exactly at appointment time! Andy did a fantastic job on my full set. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and well as you can see by the picture– perfection!!! My nails were shaped on point! I will absolutely be back for a fill.
The location itself was very convenient. Tons of parking. And even with walk ins they are able to accommodate and be on time. Great find. I highly recommend!

I have been coming to Andy and Thuy for over 10 years and highly recommend them as well as their staff. They are very professional, detail oriented and courteous! They have moved into a new salon across from Uwajimaya and their space is one of the nicest around! I highly recommend them! They do beautiful work!

I love how Andy’s is so close to my house! Andy’s is a great place to get your nails done! He was super nice and was a great conversationalist.
I got a Shellac French Manicure done there and it costs $ 32. He was very precise and careful with his hands. I’m glad I got my nails pampered by him! Now my fingers look pretty. :)

Went to this place after work because it was the only place that stayed open till 8 in the area. My 1^st time there and I think this could be my new nail home. I got a fill and two tips replaced (of which i had broken) all for $ 22! The service was great and the girl who did my nails was AMAZING! I can’t remember her name but she has long hair with blond highlights. She’s is totally awesome! The place looked very clean & the staff were really nice. They’ve DEF got a repeat customer in me!

Good things:
The people there are great, sweet nice and kind.
Bad things:
the skills of the nail technicians.
I asked for french nails, and there are bubbles in my top coat! ALL OF THEM.
Not even 24 hours passed, and I am seeing cracks in my french nails and it is already starting to peel at the bottom.
I would not recommend this place.
Also, the workers were eating lunch at their nail desks. I was getting a pedicure as well, and i noticed that one of the girls actually got caught off guard when a new customer came in so she quickly hid her lunch in her nail desk and when the customer was going through her handbag to get out of her personal nail polish, the nail technician stuck her finger inside her mouth probably to get out some gunk stuck in her teeth and she wiped her finger down on the towel that the client was going to put her hands on…
talk about sanitary… i was disgusted… it seems like they dont wash or sanitize their tools either… so if you are a clean freak this place is not the place you want to be…

I love this place. They have reasonable prices, and the staff is all REALLY nice! They always do a great job creating the nail designs request. They even have cute nail decals (chanel, LV, Dior). The salon is really clean and well maintained. They have special fans built into the walls so it never smells like nail polish!
The only thing they are missing is a rewards progeam!!!

Trying out new nail places is hard. I jus recently moved and tried two places in the same day. First Iocation was not suitable. I called ahead at about 6 on a Tuesday to see if there was a wait. I know this isn’t always needed but I had a tight schedule. I went in for an acrylic full set. A male who I believe may be Andy helped. Very friendly. Asked all the right questions. Didn’t hurt me make me feel uncomfortable when filing. The place is very nice on the inside. Very clean and a generous amount of chairs for pedicures. Much nicer on the inside than most salons. Very pleasing. I was done in a timely manner. A little less than an hour. I paid $ 27 for a full acrylic set which is the advertised price plus a tip. Quick easy and simple. I will be back.
On two separate occasions my boyfriend and I have also come in for pedicures and this is where they truly shine. His feet were in VERY sad shape before. Very dry and even cracking. Thuy I believe is the gal who performed both pedicures there and he loves it. His feet are starting to look great and healing. They spend time massaging with the right oils and doing the hot cloth when finished.

Aesthetically pleasing space w numerous stations and massage chairs for pedis. Wine served after 5! Best is the quality of the services and the friendliness of staff. Andy and his wife gave 35 years nail experience between them. Highly recommend!

This place is horrible. Very bad customer service! They had a lady do my shellac manicure who clearly had no idea what she was doing. She cut my nails all the way down before asking me so I told her not to, she proceeded to then file them down and kept messing up so they all were cut all the way down. It was rushed and all the other employees kept coming over my shoulder to watch her work and just stared at me. Very uncomfortable! Very rude. Then when I went to pay, they told me they had no reciepts comin out of their credit card machine so I had no record of the transaction. They charged me more then their price menu said, and then I checked my bank account to make sure it went through, and they charged me $ 5.00 more than they told me they would!!! WHAT A RIP OFF AND ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! I will NEVER go back here again. Horrible horrible nail place.

Very friendly and gentle staff. Beautiful setup, open and comfortable. Lots of colors to choose from for you nail color needs as well as a long list of services. They even have a kids menu! About 6 nail stations and 12 spa pedicure chairs. I came across this place on my way to the store. Its just across from Total Wine in that center. So happy they are open till 8:00pm!!! Definitely a must try! I doubt you will be disappointed.
