History

Established in 2009.

I started my real estate career in December of 2009 at American Classic Homes Real Estate in Renton, WA. I spent my first couple of years working on a successful team and learning immensely about residential real estate one transaction at a time.

I decided I wanted to go out on my own and focus my business development on the Eastside and thus joined John L. Scott Bellevue North in January of 2012. It’s a great office with a family environment owned and supported by the successful owners of John Buchan Homes!

This isn’t the same old bio you are used to reading. Why? Because those are stale. You won’t find coined phrases like «exceeding expectations» here. That’s a given.

My approach is real. I’m not bashful about asking questions that matter. My approach is honest. I am upfront about what my goal is: «I want you to trust me to represent you when buying and selling real estate. What can I do to earn your business?» It’s that simple.

I believe in providing service worth talking about; an experience that is so good you WANT to tell your friends about it. I believe we can both have a positive impact on each other’s lives.

I believe people like people — we are wired for it. And… people want to do business with people they like. This is how I live my life, not just how I run my business.

My team is a group of professionals who are smart and work hard. What is most important to me is that my team knows my values and together we are passionate about being leaders in this industry.
