Thank you for choosing Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation’s Prime Time Acute Care Clinic!

We are located in St. Elizabeth’s hospital in Belleville, IL. Just down the hall from the ER.

We will see patients with the following conditions:

* Colds, sore throats and sinus infections

* Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea

* Ear aches, swimmer’s ear and pink eye

* Testing for HIV, STD, and pregnancy

* Minor Injuries that do not require X-​rays

* Urinary tract infections and some women’s health issues

* Certain medication refills — No narcotics or controlled substances!

* Mild asthma or COPD exacerbations

* Childhood viral infections

* Head lice

* Rashes and skin infections

* Suture (stitches) removal

* Simple cysts, abscesses or boils that do not require incision and drainage

* School, work and sports physicals — must have shot records!

Prime Time is not able to see patients with the following conditions:

* Chest Pain, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

* Elevated blood pressure

* Fractures, Trauma or Injuries that require X-​rays or stitches

* Pregnant females who are cramping or bleeding

* Any abnormal bleeding

* Psychiatric Problems

* Workmans Comp or FMLA

* Follow up visits

These conditions will be referred to the ER or primary care provider as deemed appropriate.

We Accept Most Private Insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare.

We Offer A Sliding Fee Scale for Patients Who DO Not Have Insurance
