He helps them understand the process and guides them through the entire process after finding the home up until the closing table. Edward has an extensive network of contractors and professionals that help make buying a home so much easier.
History
Established in 2012.
Ed graduated from Wright State in 2008 with a Business degree where he majored in Finance. He worked in the finance industry for 3 years and noticed a trend; wealthy clients owned real estate. In 2011, he left the finance industry and went into property management to learn from the ground up how real estate investing works.
In 2012, he became a licensed agent and started helping others achieve their real estate goals. In 2014, he was awarded with the President’s Sales Club award from the Ohio Association of Realtors.
His ongoing house flipping and rental inventory keep him fresh so he can help new homeowners with the costs associated with repairs and make referrals to trusted contractors and vendors.
