Torch Lake Cellars Winery sits on the hills of Bellaire, Michigan, providing tranquil views of its vineyard, Torch Lake, and Lake Bellaire. A charming Tasting Room hand built by the owners, consists of detailed mosaic floors, a rustic wood staircase, and a 25ft cupola.

History

Established in 2014.

Torch Lake Cellars opened in 2014. The property was first purchased by the owners father just after WWII. He raised cattle and used the 102 acres that now encompasses the vineyard and winery, for grazing. Later, in the 1980’s he planted a Christmas tree farm on the land. It was the owners Mike Jamie and Charlies vision to establish a family business and someday retire with the satisfaction that they are using their land to its fullest potential and leaving a family legacy.
